I actually was quite surprised when i entered the store. I came in looking for a simple black dress or something to wear to my mothers funeral. They had all types of dresses from ball gowns to prom, then the casual work wear, and basics any woman could fill her closet with. They are all very personable there, and willing to work with you. They have everything for Prom- from the shoes, dress, bag, and jewelry to make your choice come to life in their fitting room (which is very modern but i felt equally protected)
Almost reminded me of being fit for a wedding gown. I would recommend

Liv was so sweet and helpful, she was so patient and gave me the best advice for helping me find the best dress for a wedding coming up. I was very indecisive and she was extremely sweet and Knowledgeable:) will definitely be coming back here!

We had the absolute best experience today shopping for a Homecoming dress for my granddaughter! The attention given to us by Maddie and Liv was beyond great! Another young lady working there was equally sweet. With so many beautiful dresses it was difficult to choose! Thank you ladies for making our shopping experience so much fun!

We had a bit of a prom dress emergency (due to a mistake at another boutique) and the staff at the Winged Monkey went above and beyond to try to help us. Their shop is lovely, but I was more impressed by their kindness and willingness to make multiple calls to try and locate the dress we needed. I will 100% be back for future special occasion dresses. They've earned my business with their excellent customer service!

Winged Monkey is the best from swimwear, accessories, to stylish prom dresses in a crunch! The employees at Winged Monkey are very knowledgeable about fashion and provide great service and attention to their customers. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to spend the day with my daughter and her friends to find prom dresses today. I had heard so many great things about this place. Sad to say it was a not a good experience. The woman helping us was dismissive, rude , inattentive and basically absent. So disappointing on what could have been a special experience.

I must say the customer service I received was by far the best I've experienced! I was in search of a top that had been sold out near me(Orlando Florida) so I did a random search. Winged monkey actually had it. Not knowing exactly what size I should order, I called. Madison was absolutely unbelievable! Not only was she informative but actually offered to try it on and send me a picture so I could see the fit. Absolutely exceptional service from her and Jenny! They assured me that if the size wasn't right, they would take care of me. They even promptly mailed it out so I would have it for my upcoming vacation. Hands down the best customer service. I would definitely purchase from them again!

I have never once had a good experience at winged monkey. I have been multiple times for just normal clothes and the dresses. The employees are lazy, can't be found when you need help, and don't offer to help you. My sorority has specific colors of dresses we needed to buy and I couldn't find an employee to help point me in the right direction and once I did (20 minutes later playing on some computer), and I had a pile of dresses to try on they didn't even offer me a fitting room. While I was there, a lady was looking for help to find dresses appropriate for her eighth grade daughter to wear to a middle school dance. She ended up leaving before me empty handed like me, since she couldn't seem to find the correct section. As someone who works in retail, I can tell you that this is a place that needs new employees or to have them retrained. Although they may have some good products in the dress department I would much rather take my time and business to a business where they care about their customers.

Today, July 17th, I arrived at winged monkey at 6:15 to find the doors locked when they are open at 7:00. Called the store, girl answered and was annoyed that she had to come unlock the door for me. We entered the store and were complete ignored by the staff not even a hello or welcome. They were mad that we were in the store at 6:15 when they close at 7. This is not the first time that the staff in there are very rude and disrespectful. It is the last time cause I will never go back to the store again. Everything is a mess. We get no help and they get mad that you are in there 45 minutes before they are going to close.

10/10 recommend! The service was fast and workers were extremely nice. It was a great shopping experience and I will definitely go back if in need of a dress. The manager was very sweet and workers were very patient with my indecisiveness. Great time thank you!
