I would give no stars if I could! Registry order returned to WS by UPS because couple was not home during the day to sign for delivery (they work!). Only found out about this when I asked bride about the gift and she said they never received it. No email from WS and no refund was issued until I called, even tho items were returned to WS nearly 2 weeks ago! Do not use the registry if your bride and groom have jobs!

Obnoxious, rude, curt staff. Buyer beware - their return policy differs from Corporate. Wonderful experience being dismissed the manager.

Horrible experience with "Julia" who works there. She needs some serious training both in her job and basic human decency. Went in today to purchase a gift. The saleswoman was incredibly rude the whole time and gave us the dirtiest looks for absolutely no reason. We went to another store while she was gift wrapping the items and when we came back the gift was sitting on the counter with no bag. She was not busy with another customer but didn't even bother to come over and give us the gift. She just pointed and said "there it is" when we asked for a bag she ignored us. Luckily another woman who I think was the manager graciously helped us put the gifts into the bag. From someone who has worked retail and customer service in the past, I always make sure to be kind to everyone as I know they deal with many heinous people. So I was truly surprised to receive this treatment in return.

I tried to refund a gift item on new years eve. There were not many people shopping there and there were 4 workers. First I was asked if the items were from WS even though the items were never opened and all the labels and stickers were still attached. Then it over an hour to get a anexchange because they had to generate an emerchandise email. I have never spent over an hour on a simple xmas gift exchange. I willnever shop there again. Also, I will tell my mom and mt sister to never shop there. They both spent in total, nearly $2000 I'm purchases.

I bought a vitamix product here that doesn’t work. They refuse to exchange it because vitamix has a warrant and I need to go though vitamix instead of exchanging it at the store. I won’t be buying anything else from this store.

What a horrible shopping experience. I ordered online and went to pick up in store. I waited at the register marked "online pickups" for approx 15 min while someone was helping another customer. When finished with the other customer, the employee looked at me, and walked away. I was dumbfounded. Someone else walked up to me and asked if I had an online pickup order. She called over the same employee to help me. She asked my name and walked away to go get my order. While walking to get it, she stopped to help another customer for 5 minutes. Maybe I wasn't dressed "Westport" enough.
