0 star if possible.Stay away from this company, insurance sent them and already mentioned front axle and arm broken so need wheel lift dolly but they they still drove flatbed truck here and driver claims his 30 years knowledge and experience. Tried to explain to driver but he is rude and almost rip off my car until I stop him. It is axle broken car dude, you can force it but I will just get a junk and he replied: he doesn't care what will happen and all damage is owner's problem.If you have slightly mechanical or engineering knowledge then you will know how bad will that happen to use standard towing truck on axle and arm broken car.So DONOT trust this company, his "30 years knowledge" is junk to me and very rude and impolite.

The gentlemen that runs this shop couldn't be nicer or more helpful. We were visiting family in town from Florida for Thanksgiving when our Mercedes broke down on the side of the road from a cooling issue. This happened late Wednesday afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. I spoke to him before we had it towed to his shop and explained to him that we needed to get the car back by the weekend if possible to go back to Florida. He said he would look at it when they reopened on Friday morning. This was spectacular as the Mercedes dealer was quoting a week and half to get it looked at let alone fixed. So Friday arrives and the car is fixed and running smoothly like it was before the breakdown. I highly recommend this shop as he didn't have to go out of his way to help us but he did and the job was done quickly and correctly, a great local mechanic.Services: Engine repair

I called them because my alternator died as I was driving. I called them at 647 am for a tow. They were late. Never called to update. I called them to get an update, they told me he was en route to me and should be there any minute. 15 minutes later nothing. I called them to let them know my exact exits bc the address that came up in the app wasn’t accurate. They said ok. Another 20 minutes later. I call them and they say they can’t come because the address isn’t accurate. Next time just tell the customer your incapable of service.

Car broke down on Merritt Parkway and Westport Service Center was sent to tow my car. All went well till we got to my house with car, Geico said I have a 20 mile tow rate anything after 20 miles I pay. The tow truck driver Ken insisted that I only have a 7 mile tow rate & refused to release the car, so I payed the $36.00 charge. When unloading my car Ken did damage to my car, when I pointed it out Ken started screaming, denying he did and saying my car was a piece of garbage to begin with. I called back Geico and they called Westport Service Center and the manager Sam & Ken called me back to say they were WRONG for charging me and the money would be returned.Things are bad enough that my car broke down but to have a company hold your car hostage on a lie and to DAMAGE my car is unacceptable.!!!!

Beware of inept, arrogant workers, who can't repair a tire, much less don't have the ethical sense to stand behind their work. Your car may not be safe. This service station charged an inflated fee to fix a tire with a screw lodged in it, a basic requirement of any competent service station, but I paid cause I was in a bind. The next day arrived & the tire deflated. Good thing the car wasn't driving at a high speed on a highway or the tire didn't cause an accident. Stay far away from this station !

If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. God awful customer service. The so called "gas manager" is a rude, ignorant, j**** Filled my 2009 CRV with PREMIUM gas, for starters, didn't even ask how much I wanted or which kind I wanted. $70 down the drain and extremely poor customer service! Called to talk to the manager about this poor experience, they put me on the phone with the "gas manager"... got told off by him and hung up on twice. Fuming is an understatement. Do not ever go here. You will regret it.

Two interactions and both times feel like they something wasn't quite right. I simply didn't feel they were being fair or helpful. It happens...the two time we used them was for towing and both interactions were poor.

My car broke down today at a mobile gas station (manager was being a major p**** about it) -It took Allstate hours to set up the towing service - but once they contacted Westport Center Services to tow it for me- you guys arrived so quickly! I was very impressed with how fast you showed up & the driver was kind/friendly... THANK YOU SO MUCH for turning my very stressful situation around for me!
