Easiest 5 star review I’ve left in awhile. I was in a bind and needed some quick help with the brakes on my car. I interacted with four separate employees and each one was both professional, kind, and effective. The work was finished quickly with clear expectations provided and all were met. And moments where I knew I was being neurotic were met with an open ear and deft consideration. They easily went above and beyond.

Needed to replace my ABS wheel sensor. They obtained the part as to have it for when I brought in the car. Then, they identified an additional issue with the wiring pertaining to the part, and managed to expedite a delivery of a separate part so that the whole job was completed the same day. Fantastic workmanship and customer service.

Highly Skilled Mechanics, Kas & the gang always do right by me. They’ve taken care of me and are FAIR with the pricing. Most guys in the area try to take advantage since it’s a wealthier town. These guys are honest they have a true passion for what they do ! Highly recommend for all your High end car maintenance / repairs.

These guys are awesome. Stopped by after hours on a long shot that they were there. They had closed hours earlier but Cass was there and hooked me up with a repair that not only let me continue my trip but completely solved the problem. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of any car service! Kas and his team helped fix up my Mazda, which was in need of a lot of work, in a professional and timely manner. I haven’t had the best experience with mechanics in my home town so when a friend recommended this place and gave glowing reviews, I had to check it out. He definitely was right! Kas took the time to explain what was needed in a way that made sense to me - someone with minimal knowledge of cars - and would keep me updated with what work was needed and prices so that I wouldn’t be surprised with an unexpected bill. Other places I’ve been to would hold my car for a week to get one thing done but Kas and his team were able to do it all in one day! Kas even waited after hours so that I could pick up my car the same day I brought it in! Because of the professionalism, hard work, and efficiency of this place, I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Went to a mechanic in Stamford he told me I needed a new engine, I went west port auto repair Kas was amazing told me my car was Just misfiring I needed new spark plugs only, my car is running great now. Very friendly and professional staff.

Ana the very lovely woman who works in the office was so kind and wonderful. I had been driving a long trip back from New York where I bought a used car today, and I wanted to go through emissions. There was no one waiting and they were able to get me right in. Dilan was the very friendly polite young man that took my car in for the test and he was so nice and helpful. I was so excited that my car passed the test so that I could have no trouble going through registration. : )Both Ana and Dilan made my day extra special by their kindness and great service. Their gas station, convenience store, repair center and emissions testing station is so nice and clean and I would recommend going there for anything you might need because they are very kind and care about the people who come into their business and I appreciate them very much. If ever I'm near Westport again I will be sure to stop by. : )

Went here for an emissions test. Staff was friendly, and the whole process was super fast and easy. Amazing considering I waited until the last minute to get it done and there was a line waiting to get theirs done too. These guys are efficient.

Great service, the guys there (Cass and Nol) were very willing to help me out. Being an at home mechanic i was installing a new racing differential in my mini cooper, but i dont have the tools needed to assemble a few parts. I called a few shops that turned me away or said it would take a week (it takes less than 5 minutes), but when I got Cass from quality on the phone he said to bring the parts there in 30 min. Within an hour i was back home with my parts all assembled, any they wouldn’t even let me pay them for the favor. Highly recommend this place for any repairs or maintenance.Service: Transmission
