I showed up out of the blue as a new customer and they did a same day wash (not dry cleaning, regular laundry) on my giant king size comforter. It's too big to wash in my home washing machine so this place will be my go to spot. I came early and had to ask nicely of course, but they were very accommodating to me wanting it back the same day. My boyfriend told me they have "been there forever" and I can see why. My only complaint would be the parking is really challenging during peak shopping times since this place is smack dab in the middle of downtown Westport.

Best dry cleaner/washer in Westport!! Great customer service and outstanding quality of washing/dry cleaning. I see all the negative reviews about this place but I can't relate to any of those. My experience with this cleaner has been exceptional. I would recommend this place to everyone in the area.

Fine for laundry as my experience goes. However, warning on other things. Took a cotton rug to them for cleaning and was told “no problem”. Received the 8x10 rug back completely smelling of sharp mildew as if it had been wrapped in plastic wet and left. The entire rug smelled that way (there was no mildew on it going in). Owner would take no responsibility except to offer a $30 credit on another rug that unfortunately we already had in for cleaning. The runways expensive and no sense of responsibility whatsoever. Will never go back and will not recommend.

The ladies washing and folding the clothes are terrific. The ownership not so much! I was told on different occasions that my dry cleaning would be ready only to arrive and it was not there. I had to return and was late to my appointment that was set based upon information they provided. Then when I gave them a second second chance, as this was not the 1st screw up by them, I was overcharge!! I dropped off dry cleaning and paid for it at the same time as the laundry. When I picked it up they charged me again. The son or daughter not so bad, MOM AND DAD OVER CHARGE OVER PROMISE and lost my business. I would not go here unless you really do not care if you get service, or paying twice for your items.
