Just upgraded our family phones. Alex was the best. He is very knowledgeable about the products and services, was patient with questions and made the transition the smoothest we’ve ever had in many years as a Verizon customer. Best of all he was accessible as we went through the process. At a time when customer service is often an afterthought Alex makes it his focus. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with my phone this morning and traveled all the way from Fairfield Fairfield on I 95 in heavy heavy traffic just to come to this location. Brian and Arthur Were very patient with me and helped me considerably. I highly recommend this Verizon store!

I had the worst experience at this location! The guy who attended me was extremely rude, condescending, sarcastic, and completely unprofessional. I don't understand why miserable people work customers service. I left the location unresolved and frustrated. I drove up the road to the Verizon store in Norwalk and all my problems were solved! Don't waste your time going to Verizon in Westport.
