Another excellent experience with Greg at Vautrin Auto. Earlier this year Audi dealership warned me that timing belt would require changing soon, but their quoted price was way too much. Needless to say, check engine light recently went on in my Audi Q5. I contacted Greg who was busy as ever but still managed to squeeze my suv in his schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed what was expected. Greg was very honest in letting me know that it would take some time for him to work on the suv, and after a few days he replaced the timing belt and few other items needed, all way under quoted dealer price. His willingness to help customers and professionalism are what make Vautrin Auto my go-to Auto service shop.Service: Engine repair

My car's exhaust decided to die in Westport, not the town I live in. I found them online with great reviews and they were GREAT! Fixed the problem after I had my car towed there for a reasonable price. Changed my brakes that needed it too. They are 20 minutes from my house and my new mechanic!!!! Friendly, excellent service. I found a gem!

Stopped by this week to get a catalytic converter, resonator, and o2 sensor installed after thrives jacked mine in the dead of night. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful regarding educating me on what parts I needed, and where to source them to avoid an additional procurement fee. No complaints.

My family has been having it's cars cared for by Greg and his team for decades. He's the best - kind, honest, helpful, on time, and reasonably priced. We hang on to our cars a long time and he helps keep them running. We all drive Subarus - he's great at them.
