I came into the UPS at 8AM. The woman, Bobby or Bobbi, was fresh as a daisy. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She gave me many options on shipping 4 paintings, back to the artist. I feel 100% comfortable with the items arriving on time, and intact.

I am so glad that the closest UPS Store to my house is the best one that I’ve ever encountered. Their associates always greet everyone with a friendly face. They’re all professional, helpful and efficient. You can’t ask for anything better!

I have had a business mailbox at this UPS store in Westport for 5 years now. This is absolutely the best UPS store! The owner came to introduce himself to me in the beginning. Every time I go, they are always so friendly and helpful. I can get notary done here (I can also get notary done at Chase) but what Chase doesn't do is provide witnesses to sign paper and very few places do. This UPS will help you with 2 witnesses. I was under so much time pressure to sign some closing paper which required witnesses and this UPS came through for me! They are always cheerful, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend this place!

Consistently great customer service over the last couple years. Great team of people working here. Have on more than one occasion been in line seen the staff deal with some “challenging” Westport customers with grace and patience.Angie and “the blonde woman” especially - true professionals. Nice people too.UPS corporate ought to give the whole store a commendation, and a bonus. More friendly and helpful than the post office. They’ll even accept Usps package dropoff.A+ outfit.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this UPS store is!!! Augie and Vincent are so nice!! I was in a rush and had to send a fax, I had to leave and couldn’t wait for the confirmation BUT as I was about to drive away Augie came out of store and gave me the confirmation paper!!! Talk about GREAT customer service!!! He deserves a raise!!!? Thank you Augie and Vincent!!!!

I posted a box with several items to be delivered to the amazon warehouse, it's already been over 30 days, there hasn't been any movement until today. I call there they say it was not posted there.
