I will never shop there again. The sales people were rude and arrogant and refused to let me exchange a blouse I had bought 24 hours earlier. Their reason for not accepting an exchange for sales items is that they "didn't know where the shirt had been". Explain to me the difference between taking back a full price item but not a sale item based on that reasoning?. Any successful brand should know that the customer is always right and if your "policy" doesn't honor that, then change your policy. You lost a huge customer over a sale item....

Such a fun shopping experience! I felt at home while shopping and chatting with Tina. I was greeted as soon as I walked in (which is hard to find in this area) and really catered to. Highly recommend visiting this store - they have such great taste!

To all the ladies, if you need a specialty item, like a dress, jacket, a nice pair of jeans, or a designer T shirt go there! Such unique items to wardrobe yourself with! I came across the Tina Dragone store in my travels and fell in love with the store. (Especially the Tent sale!) Tina Dragone is the owner. She has great taste and the store is well merchandised. She is very helpful in customer service arena. A must go!

This is the best boutique in Fairfield county . My favorite place to shop for incredible pieces . Tina has a talent for choosing beautiful clothing . The styles and fabrics are truly a testament to her style !

I just moved to Westport and have now shopped at this store a few times and I absolutely love it! The clothes are beautiful and I met Tina personally and she is so nice and very knowledgable! The service is great and the clothing is beautiful. If you are looking for a one on one experience and some great fashion advice, go see Tina. Beautiful store!

I went into the Darien store I met Jocelyn she never even said hi . I was in retail for over 10 yrs very high end retail stores . I won an Award for excellent customer service selling . I am not stupid . I saw a bag I liked Jocelyn told me 150.00 . Jocelyn came once showed me the price . There was another Caucasian woman . All u had to say if you need any more help I will be happy to help you . Jocelyn went over n spend all her time with this Caucasian woman n ignored me . If you all have a video tape you can run your all camera . I truly thinks Jocelyn thinks I couldn't afford that bag . My race played a huge part . So sad world we are living in . I called Jocelyn to explain my experience in your store she hanged up . Horrible customer service .

If you haven't yet shopped at Tina Dragone, you need too!!! For the past decade, I've had the pleasure of knowing Tina and have to say I've never seen anyone go above and beyond to make her customer's walk out of her store with a smile as She does. Tina gets to actually know her customer's and makes shopping fun. I never used to enjoy shopping until I found this gem and now I have to say I look forward to it.
