I already gave a 1 star review and that before I knew that had my friend who this was a gift for sign the receipt with price on it. The whole thing was a mess. I pre arrange the pickup. All u had to do was answer the phone. Be last time here ever.

Beautiful jewelry and other Tiffany & Co products on display. Helpful associates...but made me feel uncomfortable by not showing a friendly smile once the entire visit ....until the very end? I do have a healthy annual spend for my store plus personal needs. Was it my blue jeans and untucked shirt that warranted a " cold reaction " ?1/26. Wow- like a whole new store- today's 2 associates embodied the true meaning of Hospitality! Very helpful and curteous. Thank you for a better experience.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Had an issue, called to follow up and received an extremely condescending sales woman who pushed off the issue. Tiffanys is supposed to be known for their customer service but this store considerably lacks in this area.

Tiffany's speaks for itself. Once you walk out the door with that "1837 Blue Bag" you be like ok it's cute.? No, seriously, I love Tiffany & Co I have a few pieces I was in there picking up a repair. If your purchasing or just browsing the customer service is always amazing. The staff greets you when you walk through the door and say goodbye when you leave. Go check them out when purchasing a gift for a Anniversary.. Birthday..Valentines Day or "Just because I love you gift" go to Tiffs: She never disappoints

Tiffany's in Westport has changed quite a bit since the last time I was there. People working there are neither friendly nor helpful and the prices are exorbitant. It was extremely disappointing.They advertise that they have beautifully crafted jewelry with diamonds and sapphires. Unfortunately, I did not see even one item in that category. I was hoping to use my gift certificate, but you won't find any decent items for under $500. I certainly hope they will reconsider carrying jewelry at a variety of price points soon.

Initially when I entered the store, the employees just looked at me as if I was not welcomed in this establishment. I stated that I needed a piece of jewelry repaired , then I was assigned to Wendy who was very pleasant and helpful. There wasn’t any enthusiasm when I walked in. Why does this have to occur when you are a person of color? The Tiffany’s experience needs some improvements.

It's a Tiffany. However, I did not find the staff exceptionally friendly or professional. I felt they looked down at me because I dress like what they view to be "common folk." They're loss.

Salesman/women seem nice at first. I planned on purchasing the Tiffany T1 Hinged Bangle today. However, I observed Wendy roll her eyes and shake her head regarding me and my partner, to her colleagues. Apparently we were taking too long to make a decision. Wendy was in a rush and pulled a terrible move for the business

My Husband bought me a Silver Necklace (Olive Tree in a heart) and after 1 week it turned completely BLACK!I wear Tiffany Silver Jewelry all my live and NEVER had this happened to me.. A little tarnish is normal if exposed to air for a certain time, but after 1 week to turn completely black is shocking!!!Not to mention that the necklace was not exposed to any chemicals, soap, chlorine.. etc..I called the store and the Lady on the phone said to bring the Necklace in and they would be happy to exchange it for the same (in case there was something wrong with it) or exchange for something else.So I went to the Store... I was greeted by a Lady who looked very excited to help me, but when she found out that I had a problem with a purchase her attitude changed completely and went from friendly to ignoring..A Gentleman from the Customer Service came and offered to clean the necklace for me. I explained that cleaning is not a solution as there is something wrong with the Necklace. He said that there is NO MANAGER in the Store to assist!!! He also said that if I am dissatisfied we could exchange it. He cleaned up my necklace and came back.. It didn't really look super clean... The Gentleman offered to replace it with the same exact Necklace. Before I even opened my mouth, this Lady showed up from nowhere and said that unfortunately Tiffany does NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES even if the purchase was made a week ago!!! She just assumed that I wore the necklace the entire time.. Who wants to walk around with a completely BLACK TIFFANY Necklace!!They handed me a cleaning cloth in my hand and wished me a nice day!That was their solution!!! I will NEVER go to this Store again!!
