It’s a shame only belligerent customers seem to come and leave reviews - if you don’t read the return policing or miss a sales window: that’s not on the individual store.My family has had nothing but helpful customer service, patience with toddlers roaming and exploring while we try on clothes, and have always been fine with us trying on many items for size and fit without any pressure for a sale.*Chiming in while checking opening times this holiday weekend ❤️

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Tried to exchange a sweater one day after receiving as a gift for a different color, only to be denied because I’d removed the tags. Avoid at all costs, or at least stick to e-commerce.

I just had the worst customer experience at the Westport Theory store. Totally unacceptable given the price point. I shop on Theory.com a LOT and never had an issue returning anything, but when I tried to return something at the store, the lady was rude and nasty. Do not shop there is you enjoy professional customer service. There are plenty of shops in Westport with excellent customer service, including Brochu Walker and Eileen Fisher.

Had a really bad experience with this Theory where my best friend bought me a suit and dress for graduation but it was the wrong size. I asked them to let me exchange the items but they wouldn't let me. Terrible customer service.

I love this store. I am not a huge fan of the clothing line itself but when it's time to stock up on sweaters and cute leather pants, the staff here are the ones to see. They are so sweet and a nice change to main street. Much nicer then having to drive all the way to the white plains mall! Def a must if affordable for you.
