This has got to be the slowest branch ever 25 minutes to make a deposit. Jeeze from now on I will go out of my way to go to the Norwalk branch. This is unacceptable

Excellent bank. So happy I switched to this bank. I had a couple fraudulent transactions on my account, they helped fix it and refund my account within one hour. I also was set up immediately with a new debit card before I left. They are very attentive and kind.

The Westport TD Bank is so fantastic! The staff is great, the services can't be beat at any other national bank, and the hours (even though now reduced) are as good as can be. Thanks for such a great bank that does everything right!

Terrible experience. I been a customer at TD for almost 7 years now. Looger (I think that’s his name) was being extremely rude when all I wanted to do was open another checking account. Definitely won’t be back here.

They wasted my time and had me go on 3 interviews and not hire me. I've since then moved out CT for better opportunities and found a job in another state and will never come back to CT to live again.

I have been coming to this branch for 3 years. The branch manager is incredibly helpful and kind. All the tellers are great and efficient. I have no complaints and have only had good experiences at this bank.

America's most INconvenient bank. Their decentralized model means that everything is done at the branch level, so you must come in personally to do anything remotely complicated. This was my mother's bank when she died, and I live in Chicago. They don't answer their phone, they don't respond to emails, they don't return calls that they have promised to. TERRIBLE experience all around.

Have never been to this branch; however on 5/31/18 someone presented false ID (wrong drivers license number), falsified my signature, it did not match mine on file and yet TELLER # 2 aided this person stealing all my money from my accounts. Shame on TD. I spent more than 4 hours in a NYC branch who were unfortunately helpless. The escalation team was a horror story. No help there. Give me my money back NOW.

I dealt with a very frustrating situation today that I felt was not handled appropriately. I called the Westport branch asking if they were still open (as we were expecting inclement weather) and whether or not they had euros on site to exchange for US dollars. The employee let me know that they were still open, and they had enough euros in stock. I told him I would be there in 10 minutes. By the time I got there, there were three employees present, but none of them have the authority to do a currency exchange. They apologized and kindly ask for me to come back in 30 minutes, when the manager would be back from lunch. I set my timer for 30 minutes, and sat in the parking lot. After 30 minutes had passed, they had locked the doors and put a sign up stating that they had closed early for inclement weather. I knocked on the glass door and one of the employees (who was present earlier) stated through the glass door that they were closed. I explained my situation stating that I had just been there 30 minutes prior, and I was told to come back at this time. The woman said that everything had been locked up and that they were closed. I tried to be kind, asking her if there was anyway that I could get the exchange today, as I'm traveling tomorrow. She refused and said that they would have gotten in touch with me but I didn't leave my name and number. How was that my fault!? No one asked me for my name or number. All in all, I don't think this transaction would've taken more than five minutes. It should have been a quick, and painless transaction. The customer service was at an all time low. I hope management will be able to work with these folks on better communication skills, and problem-solving skills in the future. I know I won't be back to this branch.
