After 4 years of living in Westport and owning a business here, it happened! I just went to lilly pulitzer with another black friend who owns a business in Westport as well, and we were profiled and followed around the store by the owner of the store! He literally walked to every spot we turned. I spent $700+ and my friend made a point of mentioning that I live in Westport. That information didn’t seem to change the owners preconceived opinion of us. We were black and in turn for sure that makes us shoplifters! Wow I left South Africa 24 years ago only to face the worst racism in lilly pulitzer of Westport CT! Shame on the owner of this store for his awful behavior I regret giving him my money and feel like I want to return the merchandise and purchasing it online.

I Have been to this store several times and have to say not impressed by the owners I went to make a exchange and Amy greeted me with "what's going on"As if I was bothering her. (Rude)I continued and completed my exchange. Left the store thinking, how unprofessional! I can buy anything in that store on line or from another store. I Do not need to be treated poorly. Also had a brief interaction with Marc, also a owner on a different day and he was equally unpleasant. They should read their own mission statement .

Really inconvenient to shop here. Not affiliated with real Lilly so can’t make returns anywhere but this location. When I came to make my return I was told by a sales person with a nasty attitude that I couldn’t get a full refund (only store credit) unless I returned some tchotchke candle that was “free” with the original purchase. It’s sitting at my house in the closet and I didn’t even think of brining it. Now I’ll have to make this trek again to get my money back. Stored like this need to be more accommodating especially with a recession coming … good luck

I placed an order for a Lilly dress that was advertised on sale and in my size. The next day I got an email stating they were refunding my money because they didn't have the dress in stock due to a poor allocation from Lilly corporate. Why the hell do you advertise and show items in your store you know you don't have or have anyway of getting. I'm now out $90 plus tax on that dress since now the sale is over and I have to go somewhere else to pay full price. This is a ludicrous way to do Business. Don't shop here. You can't trust or depend on them.

Ordered a dress. 6 days passed with no shipping. Splash of Pink never let me know that it could not be fulfilled. Days later I emailed them and they replied my order was not able to be completed. Customer service was not friendly and didn't offer solution to there mess up. Just canceled the order. They could have offered anything as an I'm sorry, instead I got a we don't care about you email and it's happening to a lot of our customers. Avoid if you can.

Lily puts a smile on anyone's face on any day or any time or the year! It's such a joyful store you are bound to find some treasure even if it's only a day timer, a cell phone case or another Lily themed knick knack. I'm blessed the clothes fit me to a T so have no issue not leaving bare handed. I didn't know I needed skin tight hot pink and white checkered pants until I saw them at Splash of Pink. To me, Lily Pulitzer remains one of the clothing pioneers to get unique items versus the monotone styles (which I have no issue with) so prevalent today.

Splash of Pink is a beautiful store in Westport! I visited a few weeks ago and they were very friendly. I don't normally get to shop in store. So it was great to get to try a lot of things on. They brought me sizes and helped me with anything I asked for. They have a great rewards program. I just recently received an email as a rewards member and got 25% off a full priced item I had been wanting. I definitely plan to visit again.
