Wow. Just wow!!! Your customer service is beyond!!Kristen was so helpful on my last visit and the experience so pleasant. I've tried to stay out of stores but want only to shop locally for the holidays and y'all make it so easy!!!The stores communication via Insta is great! They offered to send an item I simply inquired about to my local store and texted me not only to say it was on its way but that it got a wee bit delayed and would that be ok?!!! I ran in to see the item I had viewed on Insta and ended up leaving with the MOST gorgeous coat ever!!!And on a closing note, your buy this year is exceptional!! Great pieces, unique enough to "need", with appropriate price points mixes in with a few luxury items. Kuddos. You nailed it!!
