Well if I could give them 10 stars I would!! Today I had a dead battery, long story short, someone jump started for me, sent me to Coopers auto store for a new battery and told me to go to this Shell, Dino helped me immediately and was so so nice, can’t thank him enough!! I was in and out in 10 minutes!! Great place!! Highly recommend!!! Judy Beach

Absolute price gouging. $4.97 for regular and the price across the street was $3.43…shame on me for not looking at the price before I started pumping.

They are always ~$1.00 / gal higher than others, even the station across the street. Pleanty of other choices so skip buying gas here.

Skilled, Professional, and Honest Mechanics.I'd be hard pressed to believe anything negative about this business.As someone who's experienced the gamut of auto mechanics from the skilled and honest to the clueless and untrustworthy, I can honestly say that the manager, Chip, and all of the mechanics and technicians at Westport Auto Repair fall into the skilled and honest category.Long story short: My car's front Axle and Control Arm broke while driving down on a hill on a side street in Westport. I probably wouldn't be here writing this if it happened on the highway an hour earlier. With my front tire hanging off and the car unmovable in the middle of a busy street, I thought a nightmare day and a huge repair bill were in my future.Then, fate smiled upon me and when a car pulled up and asked if I needed help. Of course, I did! This kind stranger turned out to be Chip, the manager at Westport Auto Repair! Amazing! He offered to arrange a tow to the garage and take a look at it. He had already surmised what the issue was just from a quick check on the road...his assumption turned out to be right. Very skilled and educated, with an easy-going, professional attitude- so rare these days.When I got to the garage, they acted quickly, evaluated the situation and explained to me the repair and the cost. Well below the price that I feared and Chip explained and detailed the work clearly and professionally.After a short time, I was on the road again, thanks to the hard work and kindness of this business. I have to say that I've never had a better car repair experience. Props to Chip and the team at Westport Auto Repair. You shouldn't hesitate to bring your car here. Amazing!

SEXUALLY HARASSED! I'm pretty sure the owner of the gas station was the one who wouldn't leave me alone as I see him out there all the time. I was stuck waiting for my car, he came up behind me while I was looking at stuff inside, picked my hair up, touched my back and wouldn't stop asking me personal questions I had to go outside so I wasn't alone with him. He then followed me outside and wouldn't leave me alone and kept begging me to take my mask off to see my face. I kept asking him to stop and that he was out of line and he started to be nasty to me. I've never been so uncomfortable/stranded!

Thanks to the guys (especially Chip)at 1530 Post Rd. Westport Shell for saving the day when my new Honda started making some weird clackety - clack noises on my way home to Milford from Stew Leonard’s.They pulled out a 7” long torx bit out of my left rear tire and plugged it. Cannot give them a higher thumbs up and will recommend to friends and family! Thanks again

The mechanics there are a piece of s**** I went into border grill to pick up my lunch, came back outside my car wouldn't start. I noticed the gas station (shell) right next door. I walked over and saw there's a garage attached. I asked the guy if he'd be able to help me (mind you my car is RIGHT OUTSIDE) he told me it's $40 flat rate to help me . He wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to explain. 40 minutes pass and I'm outside waiting for my coworker to come help me. Another guy from Border grill sees me and asks if I need a jump. The mechanic came out and told him NOT TO HELP ME! But the guy did anyways out the kindness of his heart. That's very disgusting of you as a business owner and I would not recommend anyone to go here !

Why is the gas here always $1+ more per gallon than any other station in town? I rarely see anywhere here filling up? Seems a bit weird...

Excellent service!!!!! Lost power when driving home on I95 last night. I called westport auto repair and they had someone there within 15 minutes. They towed me to audi of fairfield and then gave me a ride to the train station. Would highly recommend your service.

DO NOT USE THE CLOWNS!!! Told cost for tow would be $100-$200. When finished insisted on $410 in cash at 1am or threatened to take car. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!

These guys are the greatest. Had a flat tire. They put on a spare ordered new tire showed up next day new tire mounted. Had another flat-they replaced tire under warranty and are mounting it for free. Can't ask for more than that

Worst experience I have had with a towing company. I was told the tow truck would arrive in 20 minutes and I'm still waiting for the tow truck three hours later. When I called again to speak with the dispatcher, I asked him for an honest estimate on the tow truck and he hung up on me. Obviously they'd rather be rude than honest. If you use this towing company make sure you pack a lunch because they'll have you waiting. Forever. No stars from me (if that was an option here).

$170.00 dollars to tow a care less than 5 miles!!! give me a break. there is a new definition to highway robbery! go elsewhere for a tow!!
