“We had to use their services to rent a vehicle in order to make a move and the ease of being able to do everything online was great. My son took care of all the reservations and it was easy to get in and out. They would have gotten 5 stars if not for the unwelcoming attendant who assisted us when we were returning the vehicle. But overall the experience was pretty much easy to get in and out.”
“The customer service agents are really good. They are very helpful and courteous. They are great with making sure to reach out to you with a call during reasonable hours before you incur late fees if you miss a payment. They are very on point. The facility was very clean, kept cool or warm at the right time and there was always a working cart when I needed one. Parking is great. Definitely my favorite storage unit company in Connecticut.”
