Fantastic studio with amazing staff! I’m always warmly greeted and the teachers are so helpful with form and questions. This is an amazing community to be a part of and I’m excited to get stronger through these classes!

Today was my first barre class, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The staff and instructor were super attentive to my needs and encouraging. The exercises were low impact but I definitely felt a burn, the instructor helped me out to make sure I had the right form. Will be back!

It’s always super challenging So you’re constantly able to set and break goals. It’s very rewarding /addicting in the best way
