Terrible experience at this store. We were able to take delivery of most of the seating we purchased but had to wait 5 months for several items. Granted, COVID related issues affecting shipping, but when we picked up the items at the warehouse the order was wrong. The warehouse was a mess, dark, and rundown. The salesperson we dealt with was rarely at the store and no one else seemed able to help us. Avoid this place! The worst customer service. They just don’t care.

I purchased a Tucci Umbrella there about 3 years ago for my back yard and it never properly worked. I paid over $11,000 for it and when I asked for it to be fixed I've been given the run around ever since. I will be reaching out to Tucci also and have done so in the past but to no avail. The last response I recieved from Patios manager was that she's retiring in 2 months and basically does not care. my advice to all is don't EVER shop at this store

Terrible customer service from corporate. We bought a $3000 teak table with a crack in the middle of our table showing up within days of delivery. We spent a lot of money on other furniture too. We let the Westport location know - Kim is great - and then sent emails documenting the damage. After multiple emails with Scott S., and not hearing back, we were finally told that the giant crack isn’t covered because it was caused by an umbrella. We didn’t even HAVE an umbrella when we first bought the table and took the first pictures. Save your money or shop somewhere that will honor a warranty instead of making up obviously incorrect reasons for not replacing your damaged brand new furniture. It’s honestly shocking how poorly they handled this issue. You get better customer service from Wal-Mart.**update as of 8/10/21. Philip Ross was the customer service rep who handled our complaint. He made us feel like we were lying and committing fraud with patio.com. They did eventually agree to replace the cracked table but after a lot of hassle.

Please do yourself a favor and AVOID dealing with this company. Here's my experience. 1. Ordered a table and chairs that I was told in store that I could cancel if needed before delivered. 2. went to cancel before delivery and was told I could only get a store credit. No refund even though every item is flying out of store because demand is SO HIGH. 3. Went to store to inquire what outdoor sofa was in stock so I could use my credit SEAMLESSLY. Was shown a sofa that was IN WAREHOUSE. Transferdd my credit and set up delivery. 4. The day before delivery, I get a call that my cushions are nowhere to be found and need to now be special ordered which will take 4 - 6 weeks! 5. I kept my delivery for the frame and Poofs that I also purchased for the following day. 6. WAITED ALL DAY - NO DELIVERY. Called at 4:30pm and was told the the owner PHIL CANCELLED MY ORDER AND NEVER NOTIFIED ME 7. Spoke to Phil and asked for some sort of accommodation, either a stipend to get temp cushions form Overstock.com or waive delivery - NOTHING! He refuses - and is acting like he's the victim. 8. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE THE WORST. May I suggest, RH.Com, Westelm.com, Potterybarn.com, Wayfair.com, Overstock.com. Anything but this company. they care NOTHING about their customers and DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO RECTIFY THEIR NUMEROUS MISTAKES WHILE THEY COLLECT FULL PRICE ON EVERYTHING FLYING OUT THE DOOR.

Had a fantastic experience at the Westport store. I've shopped everywhere for furniture. I actually felt welcomed and was helped unlike when I was at new england patio in newington. Super excited about what we picked out and can't wait to get it in!

Kim is a fantastic salesperson and very enjoyable to work with. Unfortunately, Phil, the owner, has no clue how to conduct business. My wife and I bought over $50,000 worth of furniture there last summer. 2 of the 6 $1100 chaises we bought were defective as the fabric came out of the slots making them unusable. I tried to fix them myself but couldn't. Phil had broken off ties with the manufacturer in France and wouldn't honor the warranty even though he had supply in his warehouse. He did sold me 2 chaises at his cost but I feel strongly he should have honored the warranty. I won't buy anything from Patio.com again.

Super disappointed in the westport location and I don’t seem to be the only one. I wanted to order some planters that a friend had ordered at this location and I never had a follow up or help on how I could find this product. Very disappointing. Luckily my friend is helping me find it elsewhere.

Pricey for no reason. Actually ridiculous. Plus for items on sale they dont deliver and wanted $300 to Wilton. I ended being a 100% teak set on Route 7 in Wilton for a little more money and $99 delivery and they negotiated with me. Patio sets are a rip off when u see the actual costs from where they import. Be a smart consumer on this product. Dont waste your money.

We have used this location 3 times in 5 years. We've dealt with a number of different people there too. People are nice, especially in pre-sales mode. Pretty apathetic when there's an issue to deal with however. Each time we bought there, knowledge & service became progressively worse and, in hindsight, I wish we hadn't used patio.com at all. Their selection and product knowledge is OK - very good in some areas and with some brands they carry, pretty bad with others. They have limited inventory so you roll the dice at times if you buy something not in the store. Delivery always takes longer than they estimate. Prices are OK. Biggest issue - post-purchase service and standing behind what they sell. We had issues with wood patio furniture on two occasions. Cracked wood and chipped corners. Pointed out everything immediately but, in the end, spent alot of time getting the run-around and our issues never were resolved despite the large $$$ involved and our diligent reporting and follow-up. Patio.com explained it away - "it happens, pretty typical, etc." and then they would push the responsibility onto the manufacturer with whom only they are able to contact and "plea" your case. Just a very bad outcome given the $ involved and it in hindsight, it felt like the patio.com staff sat on our issues or forgot about them, and then after we called them ALOT; told us that the manufacturer wasn't going to do anything for us and it's basically NOT patio.com's responsibility. So as the saying goes, caveat emptor and we'd suggest checking the items ordered somehow before they are removed from the delivery truck so you can refuse the order altogether if there any issues. Seems like once they drop the goods, you have zero recourse even if the items are damaged/broken which is simply just not right.

I have been a customer for many years, the staff, the service and the products are great. Just purchased a new dining table. There are not that many places to shop for quality outdoor furniture and products. I still have the lounge set I bought over 10 years ago, it's in great condition. (I keep updating with new cushions). Recommend highly!
