I have purchased oil from this company a couple of times in the past but this past Monday, February 6 I purchased the oil paid for in advance and I was told I would receive delivery this week, latest by Friday. Well today Friday, February 10 I still have not received delivery, when I called and asked about it, the person that answered the phone was not very pleasant and informed me that when you’re not a regular customer you’re put on the back burner. This unpleasant person told me that I can get delivery on Saturday after investigating, I find out they were closed on Saturday and there is no deliveries on Saturday , I was lied to. I called back and requested that they cancel my order and refund my money. We’ll see how that goes. I also requested a call from a supervisor who has never called me. I feel this is a very poor business practice on the part of Economy Fuel .
