Natalie is an amazing designer and jeweler. She designed our wedding bands, my engagement ring, and a beautiful pair of earrings for me that I wore at our wedding. Natalie always has suggestions and an amazing eye for what is possible! Thanks again and we can't wait for what's next!

This is based on only one formal interaction, and involving the appraisal of two gold wedding bands and a diamond ring. Had gone to MIchael's in the Milford/Orange area and they offered me $155 for the wedding bands. Just basic 14k bands. The ring was in a platinum setting, and the diamond was about a carat. The manager at Michael's explained that real diamonds are less in demand than lab-grown "diamonds," since they are cheaper by about 40%. She offered me $500, which included the setting/ring. Noya offered $390 for the wedding band, $100 for the ring, and after a formal evaluation $1300 for the diamond. She showed me that because of one flaw on the side, it would have to be cut down to .75 to be reset for someone. Upshot: $655 vs $1790. I don't understand gold and diamonds, or even Bitcoins, but I do understand when someone is taking advantage of another.
