I've heard friends complain about the service at this dealership for years, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Took my Prius there for service and they tried charging me $290 for a loose gas cap (causing the check engine light) and to snap my rear view mirror in place. I spoke to the service manager who was surly and obviously not too concerned with keeping customers happy. He did remove the 1/2 hour labor they tried charging to literally snap the mirror back in, but they wouldn't turn off the "Maintenance Required" message in my car because I didn't let them balance and rotate my tires. From now on I'll travel to Colonial Toyota in Milford where they actually care about customer service.

Nice place with very friendly people all around.Stock is good and they are also one of the dealers presenting the fancy Supra on stage ( not all dealers do that).Both Hamza and Osman were very friendly and knew almost everything we asked. Even details which is hard to find these days.Recommended

Really I could give you 5 stars except there was no soap in the women’s restroom and even after I spoke to the female floor manager there was no soap. I finally spoke with one of the women in the front area where we check in to get our car serviced and she right away put a free standing soap dispenser in the ladies room. The wall mounted soap dispenser required no key and would have an easy replacement for the person with whom I first spoke.

I went in a couple days ago to ask some questions about trading in my car and Michelle was absolutely amazing and patient with me and my 100 questions. I will definitely be back soon to trade my car in and get something much more comfortable for me and my family. Thank you so much for the insight Michelle I would have never thought to be going in this direction if it wasn’t for your education on what is best for the customers needs.

After several dealerships we finally found what we were looking for. We felt heard and comfortable working with Usman. He worked diligently to make sure we were happy with the final decision to purchase from them. The team worked hard to give a fair trade in value, worked efficiently to get everything processed so we could drive away that day and took time to make sure we fully understood the financing going forward. Very thankful for the professional service provided through the entire process.

I have had mixed experiences with this dealership. Most were great, others were clear oversights (tried tocharge me during my warranty). However, on my last visit, I felt taken advantage, I was not made aware prior to servicing my vehicle that my warranty had just expired. I was then given a bill. I will avoid returning as much as possible for this reason as the services were also almost three times above the standard cost (for a tire rotation and oil change).

I am appalled at the poor service the Service Center provides. I brought my truck in this morning for a service appointment and they forgot to bring it in. Rather than admit that the service advisor said everything was all set and she wanted to comp my appointment because it took longer than expected. My truck hadn’t moved from when they first parked it, and they didn’t even bother to reset the maintenance required light. This is the last in a long line of issues I have had, previous they realigned my tires without authorization and left my steering wheel 10 degrees crooked, “forgotten” to refill the washer fluid multiple times, and haven’t checked my tire pressure leaving my tires low. I used to work at this location years ago which is why I have given them so many chances, including expressing my concerns to the service manager directly; but I can no longer continue to use this Service Center. It does not hold up to Toyota quality.

I purchased a vehicle today from a salesman named Usman Munawar. I found him to be very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was not expecting me this morning, as I had not made an appointment to finalize my sale, but I was in Westport on other business, and was hoping to not make an extra trip as it’s 50 miles. The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I drove home in my new car very satisfied

Husband just bought touch-up paint for $42 from Al.Metal container holding paint was chipped and dented.We didn't realize this until we were driving home. How unprofessional of Al for selling us a damaged product for full price. When I called AL, he said that damage wouldn't affect paint. I get that,but AL you shouldn't have sold damaged goods as new. AL said we could return it it for undamaged product. Gee, thank you for the inconvenience. Al, you knew the product was damaged. You should never have sold it as new.What does this tell us about you and this dealership if you think that's ok? What other slipshod service or product is okay to pawn off on customers? You should have more pride and higher standards.This is why I bought my car at Greenwich Toyota.

Poor service with expensive labor charges.At least give me a better service? Milford and Danbury Toyota service can accept TOYOTA SERVICE CARE but you guys can’t ? Jokes my second time with you guys and both time disappointed. If anyone reading this please stay away from NEW COUNTRY TOYOTA. Just because it’s in Westport doesn’t mean you can put up your own prices.

I happened to be visiting CT from FL when my new Highlander Hybrid came due for its first maintenance check, so scheduled it at the nearest dealership, in Westport. I was blown away by the level of service here — from the drive-up, valet-style check-in; to their system inside for processing customers; to the designated quiet area w/ a desk and office chairs for folks to work while waiting (with complimentary lavazza coffee, tea, bottled water); to the videos the auto techs record while they work that explain the whats and whys of their maintenance/repairs, so customers can opt in or out in real time — it was the most efficient, courteous, expert auto-service experience of my life.I’ve brought my car here ever since, scheduling appointments when visiting family up north. We recently moved to MA and I opted to drive the 1-1/2 hours here for my 30K checkup vs. finding a closer dealership.

A Great Toyota Dealership to buy from. They are competively priced and will work with you on your price point. The sales staff is knowledgeable and listens attentively to your desires. My sales rep. was always readily available by text to answer any questions I had. Also they are very well versed with out of state customers, as my purchase went through flawlessly. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Specifically for their service department - work was great but prices are absolutely absurd and defy logic. $205 for labor on a 20 minute job for them, then they wanted another $140 in labor to change out a headlight bulb.I understand this is a dealerships profit center but at some point you’re ripping people off.Now I look forward to receiving calls from the sales team trying to get me to trade in my 4Runner ?

7/5/23 UPDATEThis was the best bad experience turned around I’ve ever had. As you can see below, initially it was less than satisfactory but the service team customer service was impeccable with the follow up and resolution. Since I picked up the car later in the day on Friday, they reached out as soon as they opened on Monday and remedied the situation better than I could have asked. I was ready to find a new service provider for my car needs but I will 100% be back. Shout out to Vincent and Ray in the service department, amazing work!!!6/30/23Wild service department. I bought my used car in Feb 2023 at 32,989 miles. I was recently alerted that I was due for service so scheduled it and brought the car in. When I arrived I was told I was due for the 30,000 mile work which was going to be a bit more extensive. They called to tell me the air filter lines were also clogged and that needed to be fixed as well. When I went to pick the car up I asked why the “30,000 warranty service milestone” wasn’t performed before I purchased the car since I purchased it nearly 3000 after the mark and I was NOT told the services hadn’t been performed. The service advisor could not give a straight answer and essentially said that it was certified and the service wasn’t something that would make the car “unsafe” or not certifiable. Basically they waited for someone to buy the car and pay for the services instead of having them done at the time they stress to you it should be done. Would definitely not recommend.

I needed my car serviced at a new Toyota dealership. Everyone was professional and courteous. The space was clean and comfortable. I even got a video afterward describing the condition of the car and recommendations. A+
