Would like to be offered a complementary loaner car in services done or at least two rides that did not seem to work out after my last visit so I had to leave a meeting early to get a ride with someone in my office. Other than that, the service seem to be good

Solid service. Took a bit longer than expected but they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary fixes. That was nice. Good stuff toyota!
