They are Getting Rounds And Rounds 1 STAR Poor Ratings, for a specific Purpose Starting with Hector sales person I waited 3 Weeks to get contacted by him, careless, lazy, and they Choose to Ignore and DEPRIVE Massachusetts buyers from purchasing a car in Connecticut as they can Not be bothered to assist in the Registration process of the car as they claim it is Stubbornly painful They are Looking for EASY way out and trust me Do Not use them, they are HIGHLY Dishonorable They have 1 stars on google Yelp CarGurus, Bad reviews are PILING up and it's a Red Flag and Equally Dishonorable Brian Singer is another Ghost! He can care less no One Picks Up phone from Sales Manager They choose to Deprive and risk loosing prospects which is their number one goal and priorityThey must do Essential housekeeping with the staff for startersLIES on Top Of LIES Monkey Business Bait Switch, Hector Lied that he would capture a Video of car I was interested and text me same day That NEVER happened!!!! I spoke with a different sakes manager, he offered his Cell phone but the Damage has Been DoneThey are NOT Eager to retain People out Of STATE with expressed interest Wait until 2024 when The Economy Collapses with upcoming election!!! They think now they can play cat and mouse in the drivers seat and Ignoring and BRUSHING off people, await and See as 2024 unfolds, they will be DESPERATE for sales!!!!! GO to ***Lexus of Mt Kisco NY*** where they take a deep Pride in consumer satisfaction with Unmatched Commitment!

I have had 2 Lexus cars with combined value of $100,000, give or take.But when I asked to be reimbursed for a GAS CAP that failed after 1 month, the manager ate the service and parts department became so enraged, I got scared and had to leave.Now, I still have a problem, I can't go back there. I am stuck and wonder what to do about the car.I really like Lexus cars and I wanted my next car to be the same. But I can't go back there now. Will have to reconsider.

Was told by service that inspecting an issue for warranty would be charged to me out of pocket if a warranty issue wasn’t approved by Lexus.Never had I had this experience with ANY brand or dealership, even non luxury brands.It’s pretty absurd and I’m surprised the brand allows it.Do yourself a favor and go a little further to Lexus of New Haven. No attitude and no charge to look at items under warranty, even if there’s no issue or it’s denied by Lexus.

Complete lack of transparency. I confirmed 3 hrs after test driving that I wanted to proceed with purchase. The "link" to proceed with payment was never sent to me and the next morning I was told the car was gone. At no point was I given any indication that someone else was interested, or even the option to proceed with payment. Waste of my time.

I could not imagine a better car buying experience. I was dreading the process and before buying my pre-owned Lexus from New Country of Westport had visited a few other dealers. I was so frustrated with the car buying shenanigans that we’ve all come to expect but not at New Country. They were genuinely personable (no cheesy used car salesman antics), straightforward and transparent. It was SO easy and I never for a second felt like I was being taken advantage of. I don’t know why other car dealerships don’t take this approach. I will 100% be back the next time I buy a car. Brian was my salesman and he was excellent.

I live in New Jersey and I have gone to many Lexus dealerships to buy the new NX350 and I have met a lot of salespeople and none of them are like Chris K who went above and beyond to help me even though he is in Connecticut. He is patient and gave me various updates concerning the car and when I can receive it. Thanks for your patience and amazing work Chris , it was greatly appreciated.also dealership is trustworthy and honored a deal for a very fair price. I would recommend getting your Lexus from them!

My first pre owned lexus and was happy with purchase it was used and they repaired the rims that were damaged and came out awesome. They will take time to explain vehicle tech features. My recommendation is to speak Josh pleasant sales person and knowledgeable. Thank you for the experience i will return. Thank you

If at all possible stay as far away from this place as you can. I purchased a car from their used car location it was the worst car buying experience I ever had. I went in with a good size cash deposit and pre approved financing the whole time they were trying to get me to take their financing they only quit once they realized they couldn't beat the rate I was already getting from my bank. To scare me they told me they could not take a draft check I didn't even know what that was I had to get my bank to call them directly to figure out what they were talking about once cleared up with my bank while waiting for the check they called me a week later saying they couldn't hold the car mind you the check was already in the mail they wanted me to finance the car thru them then refinance thru my own bank. Needless to say I was disgusted at this point they got so upset with me they switched my sales man halfway thru the deal. It's a horrible dealership there's a lot better places to spend your money.

ask for ELTON! I am very pleased with my experience at new country LEXUS of westport. Elton was so so helpful from beginning to end! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new lexus. He was very knowledgeable and informative in answering any questions I had with no pressure which made for a very comfortable experience overall. I LOVE MY new truck!

The experience at New Country Lexus of Westport was absolutely flawless. My salesperson Derrick was amazing. I did not feel pressured in anyway. I stated what I wanted and he worked with me to meet my needs. I would definitely return in the future and recommend this location to others.

I purchased my Lexus RX450H from Prestige Lexus in New Jersey in December of 2021. At that time they gave me the best price. But I live in Greenwich, CT so I have had my service locally at my Greenwich dealership. My first complaint there was they never delivered on parts they promised. Next they wanted to charge $2600 on my next service which Westport charged me $153. Then when asked what type plugs they would use they said Platinum while Westport would use the much better Irridium tipped.Lastly on a warranty issue involving heated seats my Greenwich dealer made no mention that the fix was a covered expense. Not only did my service manager Jeff King research that the fix was covered but found an obscure memo citing a recall notice. Lexus of Westport is not convenient to me being about 20 miles from my home but it is where I will service my two Lexuses from now on.

John Powers + Beny Arias were excellent Friendly, knowledgeable, and with no pressure at all to buy anything. They sold me my suv, and usually after you buy a car, they're done. Not at New Country Lexus. To this day, Beny is still in touch with me, and helps me with services. When my car needs an oil change, or anything, Jeff sends someone to my house, leaves me a loaner, takes my car, services it, and returns it in excellent condition. As the car is being serviced, they send me a link with picsturs and videos of what they are doing. They are always friendly, and go out of their way to help me whenever I need it. I'm so happy I purchased a car from these guys. I will be purchasing from them as well in the future.

Don't let them service your vehicle. We bought a used 2020 RX350 F Sport and whoever performed the oil change torqued the oil filter cap so tight I had to use a breaker bar to get it off and it cracked in the process.

Aside from the fact that I went to the Westport address for my service appt to find the service Dept amwas a distance away. Over 5 miles away, everything went well.
