Honestly, one of the most pleasant shopping experiences in a B&M location in a long time. Everyone is patient and helpful and there is no sales pressure what so ever. Was asked several times If I would like coffee or water. Check out was personable. Will be back.

Racist establishment which likes to use security to follow around PoC. It’s not a coincidence when they follow you in to each and every aisle you visit throughout the store.Shame on your discriminatory business and anyone who patronizes it.

Terrific store, beautiful clothing and incredible client service. You pay for quality and Mitchell's oozes with quality. I need a set of blinders to wear after i pay at the register to avoid finding yet one more item i think might be a nice addition to the wardrobe. Shaban has been a class act to work with

The Mitchells stores should have a six star rating for excellence. They are perfect in every way; their kind and generous service, gorgeous clothing/accessories and the pure pleasure of shopping there is heaven. You will never go anywhere else once you’ve been to a Mitchells store.

This was my first time in the store today and I was disappointed by my treatment from staff. I wasn't greeted by anyone or asked if I needed assistance. Also, when a designer was explaining her beautiful designs to me we were interrupted by a sales assistant introducing a client to the designer. The only difference I noted between myself and everyone else was that I was a person of color. I only assume they thought I didn't have money to spend. Little did they know I could've provided a lot of business for them. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I heard a lot about Mitchell's and took the recommendation from a friend. The best way that I could put this is you're treated like a client and not a customer here. Sort of the difference between a Honda dealer, and a McLaren dealer. Jared was spectacular. great customer service and the products are fantastic. best of the best.

Always treated with respect and by a very knowledgeable staff member. Mitchell’s does customer service, perhaps better than any other retail store I’ve ever stepped foot into!They get top dollar for what they sell, but their service keep me going back for many years now!
