We recently purchased a Caldera Niagara hot tub from Mike's Factory Direct, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. When we first started looking, we visited Mike's with a strong interest in the Caldera brand due to its great reputation. From the moment my family and I walked in, the team was outstanding. Mike spent several hours patiently walking us through the various models and features, answering all of our questions without ever being pushy. His sales approach was informative and laid-back, which made us feel very comfortable.
Several months later, when we were ready to buy, we went back to Mike's. This time, we worked with Bill, and he made the experience just as pleasant. Bill was easy to talk to, walked us through the model we were interested in again, and I purchased the hot tub that day. He even provided all the safety documentation I needed for the town, which was a big help.
The delivery was seamless. The two young men who delivered the hot tub were professional and took great care in making sure it was perfectly positioned. Once it was set up and filled, Bill personally came to our home to walk me through each step of the setup process and explain all the functions of the hot tub.
When making a purchase like this, customer service is everything, and Mike’s Factory Direct truly delivered. We've now christened our Niagara, and we absolutely love it! I highly recommend Mike’s Factory Direct to anyone considering a hot tub.

Very happy with our new hot tub. Mike's Factory Direct have really revolutionized the hot tub experience. We have gone through a couple of hot tubs last 10 years and issue has always been maintenance. They have a maintenance service that will come out regularly to check on your tub and make sure the water is clean and properly treated. In fact they even figured out how to set the hot tub properly with well water which in some areas has very iron content and can be yellow. They literally bring their own portable water softeners to make sure they leave you with clean and clear water. Santiago is really great and knows how to deal with any variance of issues you may face. Chris Siconolfi
Electri-Tech, LLC recommended by them did a great job with the electrical which was no easy task at our home but he did a very clean and organized job. I think they have cracked the code on how best to own a hot tub and maintain it for repeated use so you're not on your own. Bill has been very superior to work with.

Would highly recommend Mikes for hot tub purchases! Bill is super knowledgeable, helpful, and you can tell they take pride in selling and educating on high end hot tub products. Sales process was super easy (they have financing available) not pushy, focused on technical education so I as the consumer could make the decision that was right for me. Overall experience was exceptional!

We had a no-pressure, highly informative visit to MFD. Bill spent all the time we needed as we discussed options and the best way to purchase the right tub for our family. We get follow-ups from Bill and his team months later and they are always courteous and helpful whenever we have question. I highly recommend them and would go back to them for other products and services.

We used Mike’s factory direct to install and service our indoor hot tub lately . They did a wonderful job . Hot tub works well and is a life changer for us . Their technicians arrived on time and are very professional. The office staff are friendly and patient in solving issues. They would go extra mile to help us solve water problems and balance salt . We really like their service and will highly recommend them to anyone who deserves the best in product and service .

The entire learning experience and shopping experience was exceptional. Bill G at Mikes Factory direct was informative, helpful and no pressure. He and the Team truly knows the systems and water details w the salt systems and even did an on site orientation with u Ms at delivery. I’d recommend Mikes factory direct to anyone in the market.

I didn't have a good experience with this company. I contacted them on April 10 come take a look at a leak I was having in my hot tub, they said they charge $225 to come look at it. I agreed, a week later they come out and said a jet was leaking (after a 5 minute test) well they wanted to charge me another $225 to come and replace the jet because they didn't have it in stock, when I spoke up they cut it in half and send an invoice to be paid immediately for 2 visits(they haven't come the second time yet) and the parts to be installed. I paid it and that's when things got worse. They scheduled my appointment 2 weeks after they came out, then called me the day before my appointment and said they don't have the part in stock and would need to order it, it'll be in stock in 10 days (why didn't they order it the day I paid the invoice???) After 14 days the part finally comes in and they schedule to come by to install it.... guess what they ordered the wrong color( my jets are grey, they ordered black)... no apologies or anything just the tech standing there looking at me and asking do you want me to put it in??? (No one from the company called to appologize or anything). At this point it's been over a month since they told me the issue so I said yes!!! And Please check it to make sure that was the only issue...they told me they checked it and that was it, they didnt check anyrhing else and it wasn't the only issue. They never changed the gasket, and after 5 visits!!!!!! , and 3 months later!!!! And 10 calls chacing them around!!! and 3 different color jets(they kept ordering the wrong color and the second time they didnt even say anything, and just installed a chrome color jet.) the issue was finally resolved. Such Poor communication, no customer empthy and it seems they were just throwing parts at an issue without checking things thoroughly. I can't stress enough the amount of time I spent chasing them around, and waiting on them to come by(when they showed up...) with such lack of customer service. I'm one customer and I'm sure this issue wasn't important to them (thats hkw they made me feel) but I was looking for a company to use when major things happen... it will not be this company. I'm in customerd service, and this is not how you treat customers.

Bill made my hot tub purchase very quick and simple. He listened to my needs, and identified the best product for me. He even emailed me detailed instructions for hot tub care.
I would definitely buy another hot tub from Mike’s, and Bill in particular.

Had a great experience with Mikes Factory Direct. I ended up buying a floor model and they full detailed it and came with a 5 year warranty. Amazing service beginning to end. Bill Gerardi was a huge help running me through the models and differences and also helped talk me through the setup once the hot tub arrived. The delivery team was also first class and got the hot tub in a difficult spot over a wall. Highly recommend!!!!

We purchased our six seat Caldera spa from Mike’s direct a few years ago. The sales staff were professional and knowledgeable and Mike answers our questions about the inner workings with the spa which gave us a lot of confidence with our purchase. The delivery and set up was smooth and professional. Anytime we have an issue or a concern they are always willing to help and provide great customer service.
