The Westport salesperson was particularly helpful. I purchased a queen memory foam bed that came in a box on his recommendation. I also added a metal platform frame. He jumped on it to demonstrate sturdiness and it didnt shake a bit which was convincing. I am pleased to have 30 days to return it and also get a 50% off sale price

We had a wonderful and professional experience dealing with Emmanuel at this location. We needed to exchange our current mattress to find something that suited our sleep needs better. Emmanuel took the time to listen and find the best solution for us. The Westport store also has the largest selection compared to other stores we've visited in Connecticut. We would highly recommend this location!
