After having a really sore back for a few weeks, I decided to stop into Mattress Firm since a friend recommended them. Nigel gave me a ton of information and suggestions. I left with a mattress in mind but wanted a little time to think about it. I went back a few days later to purchase a pillow I had tried. I missed Nigel that day as he was in a different store but fortunately Denzell was just as helpful. I ended up with new pillows and a great deal on the mattress I had picked out and even got delivery the next day. Best part was the first night sleeping on the new mattress the pain was gone! Appreciate the great service from Nigel and Denzell, thanks for everything!

I have been testing and researching beds for the past 2 weeks. I was visiting family in Westport and visited Mattress Firm. Denzell was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient while I was narrowing down my choice. I went back again the next day as well and with Denzell’s help narrowed down to 2 beds; one at another store brand. Denzell was very supportive of me finding the right bed for me but his demeanor, knowledge base, patience and kindness helped me make my decision to ultimately go with the Serta iseries 3000 plush and buy from Denzell in Westport even thought I live in NH. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a bed to visit Denzell at Mattress Firm in Westport, CT.
