The trainers at M Train are the absolute best- true professionals who are fantastic at what they do. The class times are convenient, the facility is sparkling clean, and every class is harder than the next! I've referred many friends to train here!

Chris Patterson has been my trainer now for a few weeks and I have never been happier. I am notorious for trying different diets and workout programs but not being able to stick with it. Not only is Chris an absolute professional, but he is the biggest motivator I could ask for. Most trainers throw general workouts at you to make you feel sore and to make it look like they know what they are doing. Chris takes the time to get to know my specific body- my aches and pains, my weak ankles, and helps me to modify my workouts to be pain free and get the best results. Working out with Chris are BY FAR the best workouts I have ever had and are tailored specifically to me! I would recommend him (and have) to anyone I know that wants to get serious about their workouts and get serious results!!! He is the best!!!!!!!!

As a physical therapist I often cringe when I see what many people are doing with their personal trainers ...not these guys! (1) they know their stuff (2) they prioritize safety and body mechanics and (3) they are passionate, creative and fun! I regularly train with Matt and take the strength and endurance classes there...every workout is new, exciting and challenging. I absolutely LOVE working out at M.Train and highly recommend them!

M.Train is amazing! Matt and Chris are knowledgeable, motivating, and keep the classes challenging and fun. It is a supportive environment where people push themselves to do their best but are not competing with others at the gym. Great trainers, great clientele!

I've been working out with Matt for about 10 years. I like to be able to mix personal training sessions with the small group classes. Matt's workouts are always fun and innovative. CP has been a great addition to the gym. I have enjoyed that his class style is a bit different than Matt's and still a great workout!

I have worked out with Matt for the past 7 years-doing small group training and classes. My 11 year old is now working with him to stay in shape in between football and lacrosse season. He loves working with Matt! The atmosphere and staff at M-Train are inspiring and they make exercising fun!

I really love working out at m train with Chris, I've worked out with Chris before his time at m train and I've always loved working with him because of the challenge that he always puts on me. There's no such thing as an easy workout with Chris but over the years I've noticed serious improvements in form and strength, form is one thing that Chris emphasizes heavily and it's a great thing to focus on because it creates great habits for healthy and correct training for the rest of my life. Matt McDonald is also a huge savage.
