This has been a horrible experience from only getting half my order plus the wrong color covers all mismatched unresponsive staff and broken promises to make it right to also being sent returned unclean cushions it is unacceptable for the money we spent I’m very very disappointed and the run around of having to chase people down on there cell phone completely unprofessional

Very, very upsetting. My brother bought it for our mother but unfortunately she didn’t feel comfortable. No problem, he sent it back. It’s been a little over a month that it was returned and they have yet to credit him. He’s spoken to 5 different people and he’s just getting the run around. They say there’s notes that they need to credit but that the finance department handles that. I don’t know how many people work in that department but they need to please do their job.

The place is very welcoming and the staff were very friendly and informative. These couches are awesome, and I love the versatile. You guys should create a table with cup holders.
