One word for the go to person at Kohler in Westport… Terrance!He is knowledgeable , patient and so professional. He also has flawless taste. They're always available to answer any technical questions we have and their expertise in the brand truly shows. My wife and I visited several stores for a 2BR reno and we came back to Kohler in Westport because of the top notch customer service. The team there were patient with our million questions and helpful with suggestions to help us finalize our design choices. Terrance was our sales rep and we chose this store for our project because of the people who helped us just as much as the reputation of the product we are buying.

What an absolutely extraordinary place. I am redoing 2 and 1/2 bathrooms and the store Co-Manager, Gardener, did the most amazing job outfitting every aspect saving me an enormous amount of aggravation and time. If you are redoing anything in your home in your bathrooms or kitchen, I strongly recommend you drop everything and come here. Enjoy.

Over a year's time, I've visited their tastefully-decorated Westport showroom for bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and received well-thought out feedback from Melissa, Jay, Lauren, and Mark during various visits on faucets, shower doors, sinks, recessed-wall cabinets, toilets, tubs, and more! The details for these projects were numerous, but with their input based on my layouts, personal preferences, and current trends combined, I am ELATED to have worked with these design professionals, as they complemented my vision for our home, and the complements are pouring in by family, friends, as well as our contractors on the quality and aesthetics of our purchases each step of the way!So glad to have been referred to them, as they have met and even exceeded my expectations, and it was great working with everyone there!!! The entire team, even those not mentioned by name...contributed to outstanding customer-relations!!! Looking forward to working with them on my next projects ?

Everyone at Plimpton & Hills has been a pleasure to work with. They helped guide us every step of the way and made it easy to update our fixtures throughout our home. Delivered on time and stress-free (that means a lot b/c of potential supply chain issues).
