I ordered my car last August (2023-beginning of the month). The car had a 8/21 delivery date. It kept getting pushed back. IT NEVER CAME. I found another Odyssey at another dealer. When I called to get my deposit back (They have to return it-its the law) the lady gave me attitude and said "fine". SHE NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY. So now, I am filing with my credit card company because a year plus later, I do not have my $500 back. I have called nearly 10 times and left voicemails for the "manager". He is incapable of doing his job. I am livid. BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. RUN DON'T WALK TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. I am so glad I gave the money to another dealership. These people are criminals.

Get a second opinion before letting them sell you a job you don't need. I was told IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED. When I brought the car to another shop they showed me the brakes were fine and did not need replacing. They don't make money doing oil changes so beware!!!

Excellent service department from a to z.They write up the service order and do what needs to be done to the car in a relatively short amount of time. Can't say enough good things about them.

Honda of Westport has completely changed my view of purchasing a new car. Long gone are the days of waiting at a dealer for hours on end. They made the process simple. I went in there with a general idea of what I wanted and Dionsio and Luis were able to help me narrow it down. Once we found the vehicle, it took about a week to come in. It was supposed to come in on Saturday but there was a delay due to the weather. They were gracious enough to throw in all weather mats as a courtesy. When the vehicle arrived, I was in and out of there in an hour and a half flat. Never have I ever spent such little time in a dealer. They were efficient yet thorough. I'm definitely a lifetime customer.

40k for a used Honda sedan is so crzy to me and their interest rate on car loan is also ridiculous even if you have good credit. Nowadays good credit doesn't even matter cause everyone gets the same interest rate

I was so disappointed with this dealership. We agreed on a price and gave a deposit. When we called to ask when the car was going to be ready we were told that the car had some extra features, which is what we asked for, but apparently they didn't factor in the price. They raised the price an additional 2500 and essentially told us to take it or leave it.It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had buying a car. I would never recommend going to this dealer. I wanted to give 0 stars but I was forced to choose something in order to post this review.

I would choose Honda of Westport any day to purchase a car!!! Rafael, Abe, & Dean G for the winning team. Just Go see one of those guys and they will take care of you always!! Thanks guys Me & My wife Love our new cars
