I arrived on time for my scheduled A17 appointment. I asked how long it would take and was told 1.5 hours, so I decided to wait at the dealership. At 15 minutes late, I was told “a few more minutes.” At 45 minutes late, I asked about timing, noting that I had scheduled an appointment for a reliable experience. I was told, with an indignant tone, “don’t we all have lots of appointments.” Well, a full hour late, the care was ready. This was an oil change and inspection, not open heart surgery. No excuse, and a bad attitude on top, not good.

I've been a customer of Honda of Westport for approximately 48 years having leased & purchased many New Hondas from them. And the service department has always delivered an EXCELLENT level of service. Pat LeClair and his team are the best!

Britanni Martin was outstanding. She explained all details of the expected servicing that day, together with the prices. She then met with me to detail other “issues” the service tech had found, again explaining what those issues were, as well as the cost in resolving them. When the car was finally serviced, she showed me the details of the bill, and, while I was paying it, she actually went and “found” my car, driving it where I could get to it. Well-done!

I was very pleased with my most recent visit at Honda of Westport. I have dealt with them since 2011. I have both leased and financed vehicles from them. I was at the end of my lease on a vehicle. The representative Tallis was phenomenal. Very detailed. Test drove the vehicles. I went to 3 different dealerships during this process. I am also big when it comes to vibes. First impressions are everything to me.
I went to another dealer that same day after leaving from Westport just to see how things would pan out. The vibe was cold and impersonal. The rep I had was more on their phone than focused on why I was there and what I was looking for. That rep must have gotten up about 5+ times. I just did not feel that I was their most important customer. Even their GM/Manager was a turn off for me as well. They did not even work with me, which turned me off immediately.
Honda of Westport was a great experience once again. Tallis guided me every step of the way and I could not be happier with my vehicle.

Donato was excellent! Had us checked in and in the waiting area in no time. Super friendly and nice guy to talk to. Showed us what maintenance was due and upcoming as well and answered all of our questions. Will definitely look for him the next time I bring my car in for service! 10/10 recommend!!!!!

The car buying experience was fine. No complaints. However a few days after we bought a brand new Honda Crv 2024 the front passenger seat started making a clicking noise and shifting with every turn (left or right). I reached out to other car owners and they said that they don't experience this. I brought the car to the service center located in Fairfield and I was told that everything is normal. That all the Crvs have it and this is to allow movement when adjusting the seat. They claim that everything is tighten correctly and there is nothing to be done. Well, I test drove a few crvs as a driver and as a passenger when my husband was driving and this was not happening. A brand new car should not have this issue unless there is something wrong with it which should be fixed under the warranty. Shifting and clicking of the seat is not normal. So I feel like the buying experience went fine but now what? I'm left with an issue that is being declared "normal". That is not Ok. If every CRV had it nobody would be buying then because this issue is frustrating and although driving the car is pleasant being in the passenger seat and moving left or right with every turn is extremely frustrating. This should be fixed.
