This is an awesome Goodwill well stocked and organized and the donation center is one of the best staffed ones I've been too. You can drive through and people to help drop off.

If this was a retail store that depended on a positive sales experience, it would be out of business in a matter of days. The idea is to hire people who want to learn to do a good job but they are terrified of getting in trouble and the untrained managers are rude and demeaning to both staff and customers. I’m a never again donor and buyer. Nope. Just nope.

No more paper receipts? Really? Thanks for making it more difficult to donate to you and do my taxes. How will the elderly get receipts? Many have no idea how a QR code works. Or even what it is.Lastly, there are actually people who don’t have a printer.I will donate elsewhere from now on.

Don't really know why there are different sizes sectioned off in clothing, if nothing is the size it says it is. You go to the men's 38, and they have stuff that's 32 34 42... Is anybody organizing the store?

Fun. Lots of items. Books could be sorted, categorized.

Prices are now way too high. Resellers must have early access because the last few years, all the quality items have disappeared.

Not the stores fault, but I didn't find anything here of value to me because everyone has already combed this place clean. I found resellers looking on their phones for values right in the store. Just because its Westport doesn't mean its good sadly. The staff were all very nice though and the place was organized.

This is a fun store to search through and I am so happy with my few purchases - vintage ceramic pitcher, square ceramic dinner plate and box of new wine glasses. Will be going back. Lots of clothes we'll search through next time and lovely customer service. Bought this pristine pitcher for $8 and it's a rare find, online $35 plus shipping if available.

Decent clothing but prices sometimes don't match up with the quality of the clothes

This Goodwill like others in CT have an overwhelming stench thanks to the new air freshener. Your entire outfit will be coated in this overwhelming stench and your car will smell like this disgusting fragrance on the car ride home and you 100% must wash your clothes when you get home. The quality in merchandise is way down as this Goodwill is sending their better merchandise to the online website. This online website is supposed to be like ebay, but unlike ebay this site will rob you blind. The Goodwill website will send you items with holes and stains and will not refund your money despite knowingly sending you garbage. I have received an item from this Goodwill's online marketplace that frankly should have been thrown in the trash, but they chose to sell it to me!

I had such a great experience donating here! Literally seamless. I'd tried to donate in Norwalk an hour prior and it was a nightmare, this store took our donations without issue.

This trip was a total disappointment. They only sell mall brands now. All the higher end merchandise that used to be available here is pulled and sold online. Not worth the trip

The new store manager fired me over the phone on the day I was moving into college and went digging to find something to get me fired, after 6 months of working there. Prior to this, she wouldn’t let me work during school when it started, and wasn’t sure if i was going to be back after school ended in the winter. Also, she wouldn’t let me transfer to a different GW store that was closer to my school for me to be able to work. I came to work everyday in hot, sweaty heat for GW and didn’t receive any respect. The store manager is rude, disrespectful, and doesn’t care about her workers. Not bashing GW of Westport, because the workers are awesome, I loved my job and what I used to do, but not thinking about your employees situations outside of work instead of immediately firing them for no reason is ridiculous. Which is why I do not recommend Westport GW as a place to work. Definitely don’t want to be at a place of work that doesn’t respect nor appreciate their employees.

First time in one of these stores. I was very surprised as to what was available and the quality of some things was great. Family had a great time choosing what we liked. Really helpful staff and a good layout I think.
