The donation station here is excellent, easily the best in the area.. Come in with a truckful of stuff and they will get it unloaded quickly. Nice people, too.

The most miserable people work here: doubt any of you will see this but…my god what a pathetic bunch. Please save any response you have. Workers here are very rude.

This is an awesome Goodwill well stocked and organized and the donation center is one of the best staffed ones I've been too. You can drive through and people to help drop off.

Of the last 16 clothing items purchased, ELEVEN had notable defects rendering them unwearable. Clearly no basic quality control is exercised and they will sell any garbage donated. The defects are difficult to see when shopping due to how crowded the store is and the sub-par lighting. Defects included tears in shirt armpits, bleach stains, fabric melted from ironing, and other unfixable issues that you cannot see until you can lay the item out flat in good lighting. You will spend at least 2X more than the stated price just in volume buying in hopes of being able to actually wear and use <30% of what you purchase since they do not accept returns or issue store credit.

The manager is snarky / unprofessional. Used to be a great store. Unfortunate.

If this was a retail store that depended on a positive sales experience, it would be out of business in a matter of days. The idea is to hire people who want to learn to do a good job but they are terrified of getting in trouble and the untrained managers are rude and demeaning to both staff and customers. I’m a never again donor and buyer. Nope. Just nope.

No more paper receipts? Really? Thanks for making it more difficult to donate to you and do my taxes. How will the elderly get receipts? Many have no idea how a QR code works. Or even what it is.Lastly, there are actually people who don’t have a printer.I will donate elsewhere from now on.

Don't really know why there are different sizes sectioned off in clothing, if nothing is the size it says it is. You go to the men's 38, and they have stuff that's 32 34 42... Is anybody organizing the store?

Fun. Lots of items. Books could be sorted, categorized.

Prices are now way too high. Resellers must have early access because the last few years, all the quality items have disappeared.
