Honestly the entire team at this store, and Mary in particular has always made me feel so welcome, helping me find items, place orders, and giving me genuine feedback when I’ve asked. The Free People clothes in my wardrobe are definitely some of my favorites, ones that make me feel the best, and I’m grateful for the positive shopping experiences.

Terrible workers. Mean act above you just because yo I don't act boho. Sorry I came here to buy a sweater not a f****** engagement ring. Nothing In there should be over a thousand dollars... BUT yet IT IS! Free People is nothing close to free, nor should the employees be called people. They act more like gremlins. New store name:Expensive Gremlins

Love this store! Always so clean, stocked and love the decor and installations. The last few times I've been underwhelmed by the staff and their lack of hello or making me feel welcome to the store. They usually are wrapped up in their own convos with eachother. I do love free people and it's my favorite clothing brand. Hope this can improve because it makes me just want to order online,

I love this free people! It is so beautiful inside and the staff are wonderful! Bianca helped me today and she was super attentive and had great ideas to help me which an outfit choice! I also love that they sell some of their display during season changes. They have the coolest and most creative decor I've ever seen. I always try to put stuff and put it in my salon because it is so different and artsy. I love coming here and it's def my fav FP!!

The girls are SO nice at this location. Good management which is not alway the case for Free People. Sometimes they have AMAZING stuff and sometimes just so so and that's why its 4 stars. Love these girls tho! xx

I was there today and made a purchase. The store is most beautiful but the personnel never greeted us, never asked us if we needed help.They were not friendly to us or any other customers, and there was almost no one there. One salesgirl was on her cell phone on the floor. Very disappointing snd I I have no desire to return.
