As a military spouse who lives in Japan wanting quality all natural products for my Labrador has had me ordering a lot online to get it shipped here. I recently had a relative ship my Earth Animal No Hide chews and he loved it! So I decided to order directly from the company! I came here to leave a 5 star review for the excellent order completion and my order arrived in a week! Thank you Earth Animal Family & Co!! I plan on ordering more upon moving back to the States in the future. Would love to check out this flagship store at some point as well.

Whenever I am in the Westport area, a must stop is the Earth Animal Retail Store. The shop offers an abundant selection of pet treats, food, and toys with a bonus of an in-store bakery section with a variety of cookies for your fur baby. My dog, Bentley, is obsessed with the chicken chips bagged treat they carry, and I always seem to find something new for him to try as well. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering any questions and recommending products. The prices are a bit higher than a chain pet store; however, this shop provides you with a large selection of quality, healthy products. I recommend stopping in and checking it out.

Since I adopted my Lil Man back in 2020, He gets 1 of these No hide Rawhies from Earth Animal, monthly. Have purchsed the: Chicken, Peanut Butter, Pork, Salmon, The Feast, and Venison varieties. I have bought medium and large sizes. I recommend 'em to Friends. And here He is enjoying 1 of The Feast large- sized ones, in the foto attached.Always fast delivery of orders (photo attached) and occasionally- sales, as well.

I think this is a very good store. It's not the kind of store when anyone makes a fuss over your cute dog. But that's okay. I have bought a few things there that have been very nice. My only complaint is every time I've stopped in, it's a challenge getting someone to help you. The person at the register who is busy has to call out in the back a few times for someone to come help the customer. You don't feel special in there, but they do have good products and perhaps I've stopped in at the wrong times. I remember the employees at the other location, further down on the post road a few years back, they were so excellent and they seemed more outwardly friendly. Still, the merchandise is really beautiful. I have also heard that they are very involved in helping the animal community so that matters most.

Great local pet shop (dog focus with some cat and other supplies). They make beautiful decorated dog treats right there in-house.

Their products are amazing but their service is definitely not! I've been lucky and had a very nice younger gentleman help me when I've been there but today I went and the guy that helped me was rude and it felt like he was being condescending when I asked him a question about a product in the store. The customer service was seriously lacking

What more can i say other than we love this place! From the first time we walked in looking for some food advice to 3 years later they always treat us like family! They carry foods that no other store does and their customer service is beyond 5 stars.
