The worst pharmacy ever, as a medical office staff this is far the worst pharmacy out of every single pharmacy we work with it. I am trying to transfer all patients out of this pharmacy. SAVE YOUR SANITY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This CVS is great - everyone who works in the store and at the pharmacy is very friendly and very helpful. They all work very hard and deserve a 5 star rating.

I buy my personal care products at CVS Westport CT. Whitney covers this area and she always helps me find the right shade of cosmetics and moisturizer. Delightful

Pharmacy should be reviewed. I’ve had several issues with them over the past few months, but this is the worst:
Family member has severe epilepsy. I dropped off a script for medication and was told it would be ordered and in store in a few days. Long story short - 1 MONTH LATER - still no medication. Thankfully we had enough at home, but apparently the pharmacy “ordered” the medication 3 times and NEVER RECEIVED THE MEDICATION.
They then reminded me that I had “enough medication” so it’s not a big deal that they never ordered it.
That is not for them to decide. Never going here again. CVS should look into this.

I was at the Westport CVS today & an argument started between a man who "bumped" into a woman with her 2 little girls. A vile verbal exchange began. He said things no child should have to hear, especially being said to their mom.
He finally left when she called 911. She got through, but because the store had no reception, she was struggling to tell them why she was calling.
No employee offered to call the cops. No employee came to her defense, even to just get her & the kids to a safe spot. The manager never even came out & he was definitely there & had ample time to address the situation.
I tried to find the guy so when the police came I could point him out because nobody from the store was doing anything.
He was an ahole, but what bothers me the most is not 1 person in this busy store intervened. I can't believe the only person to try was a 62 yr old disabled woman, me.
There's no reason the store couldn't have called the police considering they're well aware there's no cell reception.
I will never feel safe in this store again. I'll get my scripts mailed thank you. If you can't or don't want to protect your most vulnerable customers you are failing.

Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy and they have no idea when they can fill some prescriptions. The entire CVS prescription system is never working properly and they rarely answer the phone. The automated system will say an Rx is ready for pickup, yet when I come in, they say it’s not available and they don’t know when it will be. There’s no inventory management system and you simply cannot rely on CVS to give accurate information.
I would strongly suggest using a different pharmacy.
The store itself is fine, for the record, only the pharmacy is a disaster.

CVS in Westport, CT is the worst. The pharmacy manager should NOT be around other people, she cares nothing about the customer she only cares about her staff who are rude and ignorant. I'm always getting less medicine because they don't know how to count and they really don't care anyway. I changes my pcp over 2 years ago and they are still contacting my old DR to get prescriptions refilled. They don't give a damn and don't take responsibility for ALL their mistakes and they make hundreds of them. if you care about your health and wellbeing get your prescriptions elsewhere!

I dont make it a habit of writing negative reviews but I can't help myself! Every time I find myself at the Westport CVS, something seems to go wrong. The computers are down, they don't have the prescription in stock, they don't answer the phone when I call to speak with a pharmacist... the list goes on.
I will mention that the staff has never been rude to me and I have never been rude to them. I just find it frustrating to run into the same problems whenever I've tried to use my local CVS pharmacy.

CVS Westport charged me $106.99 for a free covid shot and I have insurance. If someone stole $106.99 from CVS would they contact the police. ? They are incompetent. Lazy to assist when a problem occurs. That’s corloryare USA. Pathetic store. Pathetic store. Pathetic corporate

The pharmacy employees here are very passive aggressive and really make you feel like an inconvenience to their day, not to mention super slow when I’ve seen way longer lines at other locations go by much quicker. Literally go to any other pharmacy

Horrible, understaffed location. I waited 45 minutes on hold to speak with the pharmacy. I ended up going straight to the pharmacy, and asked about that, which they said was better than being understaffed. Do not go to a pharmacy that is severely understaffed.

CVS in Westport -specifically the Pharmacy- is absolutely terrible. The Pharmacy is a total mess and the people who work behind the pharmacy should all just be fired. Better yet they should just close the entire pharmacy down. For each script we have we need to visit the pharmacy at least twice and call our pediatrician 2-3 times as CVS always claims they "never got the script." They also frequently lose their filled scripts. The line is always long which is because they are terrible.
