Sucks to give Cumberland a bad rating since it’s my preferred gas station. But this location is not good. Old lady super rude about not having public restrooms, they’re lucky i was on empty otherwise i would’ve went to find another gas station.

Great staff, great selections, great service.Those who give 1-star reviews over the bathroom issue should understand that (a) this is a zoning issue due to the store size, and (b) shouldn't give a 1-star over no bathroom. A store should be judged on it's performance/staff competency, not on whether or not you can drop your nasty load in the store bathroom, ffs.

I used to go to Mercury (the previous gas station before Cumberland took over) because they had the lowest prices around my work and even Stamford. Cumberland took over and honestly made the gas station look a thousand times better and cleaner. Everything is brand new and the little market is now bigger with more options. The only downfall is the prices are up and no longer the cheapest in the area unless you're a member (and let's face it, I always use this gas station because the one near my home is 50 cents more per gallon). I ended up signing up as a member and it's quite easy to use! Just sign up, download the app, and once it's confirmed (about 24 hrs), you can use the app to get gas. Just put in the location, the pump that you're at, and go! You save 10 cents a gallon by signing up as a member so at the end of the day, this gas station IS cheaper but only if you're a member.

It took me an HOUR to put 20 dollars in my tank! Pumps were moving very slow.... The clerk should of made me aware!

On June 1st, I have no gas especially not enough to get me home so I race over to the Cumberland's in Westport right after work and it's 11:59. I know wow your that guy but I was in desperate need of gas because without gas I wouldn't be able to make it home. So I walk in begging the lady asking for gas but she replied saying that she already close the cash register, and so I begged again but she was refusing so I left, afraid of not making it home I head home from work it's about 12:25 and going up a hill and then RPMs start going down to zero then up. I was out of gas.
