We visited Crate and Barrel in Westport on a Sunday morning for a wedding registry event, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere. There were coffee, drinks, and delicious breakfast snacks ready for us, which was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the process with ease and making the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to create a wedding registry or just to enjoy a great shopping experience!

Buying from them can be the worst customer experience! Since delivering defective products, missing parts and pieces of your new purchase, up to having to deal with a non responsive customer service team when you need to ask for product support.
But things can be even worse… they came to pick up two chairs, that you can not seat due to poor pillow quality, and ended not delivering the new replacement. There are feathers coming off and they are very spike… so ai asked the pillow replacements. See the pictures… people over the phone even said that this is 100% normal. Really?! Well, try to seat there and good luck with that! It is so annoying.
The interesting part is that Crate and Barrel does not know what happened and they call and ask me! Really?!
Anyway… part of the problem was the outside table glass that shattered by itself and took them 45 days to agree that needs to be replaced.
Luckily in the day 45th, I got a Customer Service that did a great job and proceeded with the replacement. She also mentioned that this a problem that happens and I should have had my problem addressed from the 1st call that was 45 days prior.
For sure a company that I will not do business again at all. There are other companies in the market that can serve a customer much better.

Poor phone etiquette and customer service! Call another location instead.Called the store to order some items as a designer through their trade program. The woman who answered in Westport was clearly annoyed and bothered by my call from the moment she answered. She seemed frustrated that we were placing a phone order instead of online and repeatedly mentioned how busy the store was. When we asked to send our items to two separate addresses she continued to seem frustrated and highlighted how that was going to take her a long time and that the store was so busy. We called the Chestnut Hill MA store and had absolutely no issues ordering the items with no attitude on their end.

The only reason stars are being removed is because of the man I encountered and worked with. He was miserable and seemed miserable with life. It was such a hard time dealing with him. I have so much respect for workers in stores and I left so incredibly frustrated. After reading reviews my gut feeling of feeling discriminated bc I looked different than the staff seems quite possible. Crate and Barrel are not cheap items, and I wanted to ensure the quality of the products purchased were well. Well I’m so sorry for wanting to ensure this, because he seemed SO bothered. The quality of products and the other workers deserve 5 stars. I never write reviews but I truly am baffled at his customer service, it was terrible. A shame, because I rave to everyone about this Crate and Barrel.

i couldn't wait to register for my bridal shower here....and less than a year later, everythingggggg i got from here has fallen apart, literally after 1-3 uses. absolutely insane. container covers, whisk and spoons, i returned the same product 2 times bc it broke in oven after ONE use, BOTH TIMES and i just gave up, and then more and more things kept falling apart..now i'm at the point of having nothing left in my kitchen that i received as gifts from here and i haven't even celebrated my first wedding anniversary yet. i'm so upset and disapointed ..i don't even have the energy to do something about all the items that are actual garbage. and EXPENSIVE

When you buy it seems all good… however it was delivered later vs what was told. One product was damaged and there was another missing which no one has idea about when will be delivered! The help to solve problem and attention a a customer is really not ideal. I Won’t buy there again! If I knew, I would not spend $15k there

Standard Crate and Barrel. Lots of high end items, but lacked any real variety in individual products..that is, it was mostly bland and minimal. If thats your style, its good to go.

Normally I do not write a review of a retail store but this store deserves a special kudo's!Today we decided to visit and we wanted to bring our dog. We read online dogs were allowed. So off we went.To our very pleasant t surprises Finn, our 1 year old rescue was not just "allowed" but WELCOMED. Greeted by not less than three sales associates! Even the floor manager came but came by and took Finn's picture for their welcome board.This wonderful experience carried over to helping choose the right purchase. Truly worth the ride down and time spent shopping.We look forward to coming back!!.
