Really surprised with the negative reviews of this bank.My experience at this branch from when I called & spoke with Allen, has been a delightful experience.(Choose option 5 when calling the branch to speak with someone at branch)Nate assisted me with opening a checking account in a breeze with no hassle.I highly recommend this Chase branch & to make an appointment with Nate Radford for your banking needs.

Awful customer service. I have been trying to open a trust account for the past month with new paperwork demands each iteration. Going to another bank, has to be easier than this.

Chase does not give phone numbers to loc al branches- and therefore you cannot call directly to ask simple questions. 30 minutes getting shuffled around an overseas customer ‘service’ ask about currency exchange. After all of the transfers to get me to the correct person they disconnected me. This is one of a hundred reasons why I should stop doing my banking through them.

I have been there quite a few times and have had the pleasure of having a nice teller who now was greeting customers as I see why she is very nice and pleasant to talk to, but I have had the unfortunate experience on another teller who was not as professional or nice. I forgot to stamp my checks I was depositing in my business checking account when she came out to me a little condescending and told me "without knowing" she didn't know who I was "a worker, office manager and that I should have someone make sure to stamp the deposit on that back and spoke to me as if I worked for her. It was my fault, I was rushing to make it on time, but as an "OWNER" and you don't know who I am you should speak to someone like that but I am a minority she she assumed I was a worker.

Very disrespectful and not helpful at all. Will never be back to that branch. They do not deserve even one star. The branch manager doesn't care about people struggling very rude. Will cancel my account asap once my direct deposit kicks in at credit union.

I had a really strange situation where I deposited a large check from my new job in Westport. Corporate Chase considered it suspicious and would not deposit the check. But they also put a restriction my account so that I couldn't withdraw ANY funds. The bankers as this local branch were very helpful through this difficult process. They were super patient and great at explaining the situation to me. And they worked through the mindless Chase machine to get me my original funds out. Thanks Yanita and Sam for all your help!

They tell you to use their mobile and web site and it has been down all day and when you finally get someone on the phone they tell you that they don't know when the problem will be fixed

The woman who helped me was initially nice, and then when there was an issue and the manager came over. She was possibly the rudest manager I have ever had to speak to. Definitely disappointed. Will not be returning.

When I brought an issue to their attention regarding my account, they told me they would call me back and let me know the resolution. After almost a week, I had to call them and the branch manager's resolution was for me to call the 800 number. He was defensive and rude when I questioned the resolution. You would think you would get better service from going into a branch.
