Customer service, in the Westport Brooks Bros., particularly on the phone, is non existent. I called tonight, inquiring if the online sale was available in the store as well. Michael answered the phone, knew nothing about it, put me on hold to ask his supervisor, and left me holding……I tried calling back and they wouldn’t pick up!! So disappointed!!!

Called to inquire about having a custom suit made. They picked up the phone and said please hold. I was on hold for about 30 minutes before I hung up. This being said I went to Backers in Orange and they were more than happy to make a suit for me. Clearly they don’t want the business.

Did not appreciate this place at all. The employee “assisting” me did not want to help or personalize my experience in buying a wedding suit. As soon as a white shopper came in to buy a suit, the employee was more willingly and interested in assisting them. I do not appreciate this level of disrespect. Why must one experience racism when shopping?

I bought a tuxedo and suit and was guaranteed they would be ready in time for my event. I even confirmed with them on 3 different occasions to make sure. The day I was told it would would be ready I showed up to find out my tux never arrived and my suit alterations had yet to even begin. Would’ve been much happier if they had been honest with me instead of just trying to make a sale. The pure lack of remorse was disgusting.

Shek not only had an eye for what looks good, he also worked with us to help get the right fit in time for an engagement shoot. He was considerate that it was an important event and put in extra time and attention to help us. Also, we were really grateful for Ms. Callahan who was patient and knowledgeable about helping us find the specifics, matching colors, and right fit for a suit as well. Overall a really positive experience here.

Buying my wedding suit from Brooks Brothers Westport has been a seamless experience (pun intended.) Truly from beginning to end, the level of customer service from Bob and the other team members has been exceptional. I am truly grateful for their help in preparing the perfect suit and look for my wedding day. I we are very fortunate that this store has survived the pandemic, and I hope to continue to shop here for years to come.

Bad service. No accountability. Rick is just plain rude. Brooks brother has never been the top of the line for clothing and nothing seems to have changed. Had me come in 4 times and messed up my order every single time. Employees couldn’t even look me in the eye by the end of the ordeal. Certainly would not return
