Nora, is extremely professional, friendly and helped me find everything that I was looking for today! She is always smiling and goes beyond and above to make sure her customers needs are met! She answers all your questions about products and of course gives you enough time to make a decision about which products you want to pick! Her approach and kindness definitely change my mind to shop more at Bluemercury! Thank you Nora ?

Disgusting. By far the most ridiculous women I have ever seen. They don't ask you if you need any help, I spent 20 minutes trying on concealer and no one asked me if I needed help. Their array of makeup is cheap. Rather go to ULTA or Sephora or online. So disgusting never again. Won't shop here and don't shop here

Jessica Jabiles, the skin expert, transformed my skin in a couple of visits. She recommended me products that actually work for my prone skin. I had been fighting acne for years and with her recommendations my skin is now flawless. I absolutely recommend her for the care of your skin. I am so glad I found her. She is extremely gentle when doing treatments and it is always a pleasure to have a peeling appointment with her.

I normally shop at Sephora and wanted to support this local business- will not make this mistake again. Went in with a $20 gift card I earned on prior purchases and the computer showed I had earned $40. The salesgirl got frustrated and called the manager yelling into the phone "I don't know what to do" - I politely asked her to honor the discount based on what the system showed- she yelled and insisted the computer is wrong. For a petty $20 the salesgirl behaved extremely unprofessionally - made for a bad customer experience-and I will return to sephora where customer service is valued.

This is a review for the Bluemercury nearest the alley, not the one near Banana Republic. It's an important distinction to make, because it's hard to believe two stores with the same name could be from different planets. 57 Main Street Bluemercury staff do not give a single f**k about customers, even frequent shoppers. If there were somewhere else locally to buy Chanel or Armani products, trust me, I would shop there rather than this store. Once in a great while, I get a helpful salesperson. Yesterday's sales girl (yes, she was a girl, not a woman) was so self-involved and so ready to go home--a good three hours before closing--that she could barely be bothered to help me find the product I was looking for. Please managers, give your staff a kick in the pants. Customers do not care how well made up sales associates are. We care about how helpful, knowledgeable and attentive they are. And too attentive is just as annoying as inattentive/can't be bothered.
