This place needs more tellers always use to wait from 15 to 30 min to be served and simply take cash out. Please consider having more people behind the teller line instead of having all this bankers waking around doing nothing.

My mother and I worked with the Manager, Ewa Dedios, to set up a new banking relationship for each of us. We had an amazing customer experience. Ewa's attention to each and every detail was incredible. She took her time to make sure we had everything we needed in place before we left. I highly recommend this branch for any kind of financial need you may have.

I understand only teller available at lunch time,The other on lunch break,The issue is the break person had quarters!The one available didn’t have it.So…….How hard is it to have quartersI don’t get it.

I waited at the drive through 20 minutes of my lunch break and no one even peaked at the window to say anything very inconsiderate. This location is understaffed and always very slow.

Met with the Relationship Manager, Jeff Whitehill, found him and all the other employees at this branch to be warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about their products and branch. Very convenient location, right on the Post Road in Downtown Westport.

Ms. Louise F. Trojanowski - Marconi has to be one of the MOST prejudice bank employee that I have ever encountered. I would give them a negative review if possible. TRUST ME. Some things to know about me: - I'm afro-Latina - I am a contract employee and get paid MONTHLY. Now that everyone knows that - let's get into how utterly disrespectful this transaction was! My employer uses a different bank to draw my check from. I already tried cashing my checks at that bank. Frankly, I'm just REALLY lazy and do not feel opening an account to be able to cash my checks. So I decide to try BOA. First knowing that tellers have a limit and also need to verify the funds of the check Before they are allowed to cash checks my boyfriend advises me to kindly call the branch prior to arriving so you know it's not out of the blue with a check. It's $3k by the way. Nothing crazy. So I call a branch - I specifically call BLACK ROCK BRIDGEPORT because it is close to my house. I explain how we have a private banker for the business that would be more than happy to verify funds so that the check can be cash. The lady was really kind and said oh I'm sorry that the other bank is requiring that you open the account. We would be more than happy to help you out seeing as you can verify everything we need. Unfortunately, I was closer to my work which is Westport so I decided well, I'll try this branch since the other lady was seemingly helpful. I go into this branch and I approach this really sweet teller and I start my transaction. I tell her I would like to cash the check and deposit into my account and give her the check. She then calls over her manager. Ms. Louise who simply looks at me (doesn't ask for id) and says this is your check? I respond yes that is my paycheck. She responds, I find that hard to believe. Oh, I don't look like I make $3k a month? Okay. I ask her what's wrong. She tells me that they system won't allow her. NOT EVEN TO DEPOSIT THE DANG CHECK!!!!!! Which was a complete and total lie. Want to know how I know that sweet fact? Because I was able to take my LOVELY PAYCHECK over to TD bank sign an awesome endorsement release and have my check cashed ALL IN 15 minutes. Again, I understand bank policy. Many family members as well as my boyfriend work for a bank. So I would've understood if she said something along the lines of, “ I'm sorry Amy it seems that our system can't verify these funds†But did that happen - no. So thank you for looking at me like I can't make a decent income because I am an enthnic women and refusing to provide me with any type of customer service. THANK YOU LOUISE. P. S because I called customer care and informed them - they are launching an investigation. Too bad I couldn't get her regional managers email. This review will have to do.
