I had the most awful experience here! The management was extremely rude and rough with my nails. I have never had an experience that hurt this badly before in my life. The manager was speaking to me very condescending and I will not be returning.Service: Manicure

Oh my god! The owner is out of control! She is so loud, rude and abusive to her customers and employees. I found myself laughing at one point, because I thought this has to be a joke! Her behavior is so off the wall bazaar that I thought I was on that TV show with the hidden cameras. Her poor employees are petrified of her. I wouldn't be surprised if she physically abuses them.

I had a lovely experience here but it was one of the more expensive salons and the gel manicure chipped after just 4 days which was disappointing. Staff are super lovely.

If I could rate this place ZERO, I would. I called ahead and scheduled a gel pedicure and manicure. The owner, whatever her name is is so rude, rushed, and aggressive. She scrubbed my fingernails, grabbed my hand roughly, for a manicure that was not well done whatsoever. After seeing she was the service provider for my pedicure also, I decided against going through with a pedicure to save myself the frustration of walking away underwhelmed and dissatisfied. I instead, asked for polish change on my toes. She did that, and I was shocked to learn my total was $80! I questioned her on the price, and how on earth a color change could cost that much, when times I have come in for a full pedicure with other service providers, and recieve a full lavender spa pedicure, it is about 100! She completely gave me BS excuses and reasons that made NO sense at all, and I reluctantly paid for the service, and left the store. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I usually go to see Emily, who is amazing and so sweet. However, the experience with this horrible woman, was enough to know that I will never support this business again. It is OVERPRICED, RUSHED, and UNWELCOMING. The reviews on this place speak for itself, and if you want to recieve an service and not feel robbed at the end of it, for them doing nothing, please save your money and go elsewhere. I cannot even believe that this place is still open with the amount of bad experiences and treatment that happens here.If you do decide to take a chance, ONLY go and see Emily. She is amazing and so kind and sweet. I just have a hard time scheduling with her because of conflicting schedules. Its a shame. Such a beautiful layout for a nail spa, but overall bad staff and rude customer service. You cant charge top dollar for a shady experience!Service: Pedicures

I I feel horrible for the lovely men and women that work here because they do a nice job; however, their manager/owner, Tina, makes this an uncomfortable environment for all who work and visit here. I've been coming here for years and have hesitated posting this but nothing has changed; her behavior towards her staff, in a business environment, and towards the customers is simply inexcusable. Over the years I've been so uncomfortable that I've wanted to speak up and/or walk out on multiple occasions, but have refrained for a number of reasons. Why do I continue to go here? Great question! Again, the staff is lovely and they do a nice job. With that said, after today, I may just have to look elsewhere.

I normally don't post reviews, but I've never had such a poor experience at a nail salon and I want to warn people about how bad the service is here. The owner Tina raised her voice at me multiple times and shushed me when I had questions. She continued to push me for services that I didn't want while she was doing my pedicure, I couldn't take even 5 minutes to just relax because she kept trying to get me to get more things done. Please avoid this place if you are trying to relax - all you'll get is an owner who raises her voice at you and is pushing you to spend more money. At one point I told her to please lower her voice because I really was trying to relax and she was making me anxious. I ended up leaving half way during my visit because I could no longer stay there for another minute and I'm now at another nail salon for my manicure.

We have come back here every year the day after Thanksgiving for a family tradition of mani/pedi's for many years. This year, my daughter dropped her hot chocolate on the floor of the nail spa and the owner and staff were lovely--they handled it beautifully. Not only did our nails look great, we had an overall great experience thanks to their warmth and generosity.

mani pedi is not that bad or amazing. she is like a wall no smile no eye contact. Ask a question make a joke or ask help with the nail color no warm response she is a wall. They look tired and not happy except the lady at the cashier. She is the only one with a smile. You will feel unwanted there i will not go again.

overall, my experience was absolutely horrifying! i started off with a pedicure. first off, i was disgusted when i saw the condition of the foot bath. then, i finally got to putting my feet in and the water was FREEZING!! apparently they don't know how to make anything the right temperature around here because when i got a manicure and i put my hand into the water with the marbles (this one didn't even have marbles) it was SCALDING!! not even kidding i thought my nails were going to burn off before she even got the chance to paint them! SO HOT that it could really be a safety hazard and i might have to sue! now, back to the beginning of the manicure portion of my visit. i walked over to the manicure chairs and she told me to sit down at a spot with a terribly dirty paper towel. i'm talking nails clippings, dirt, nail polish, a couple hairs, and a string on the paper towel. i was like "ok she's probably going to put a new one down before she starts, right?" NO, NOT RIGHT!! she did not replace the paper towel and expected my to simply place my hands down on the dirt and get a finger nail fungus! absolutely disgusting!! then, she proceeded to use a dirty nail clipper and place the nail files down right on top of the dirt and nail clippings from the previous victim! last but not least, the lady who did my moms nails took a good 45 minutes to do a simple mani pedi. i will NOT be returning and i suggest that you all do the same!!!!

I've been a costumer here since 2014 and have always been more than happy with the service. I love the message at the drying station. It is the only place I've gone to that does a really good buff and shine. Also all there spa pedicures are amazing and so luxurious. They are also so great with my daughters! Love Azena!

I'm in love with this place and it's service. Other salons should model their service after this place.

Really torn . Been to Azena several times but this time to get a pedicure was given a list to pick which one I wanted. Cheapest was $50 and when I questioned that after already soaking feet, was told that was cheapest. On way out saw a price for $25, they do an excellent job but won't be back.
