“Every time I come here, the employees and the owner treat me like a friend, going above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. I recently went to get a replacement bulb for my headlight and they found and replaced it for me for no added charge, while I got to sit in the AC with an adorable dog. Today I talent back after seeing a message about my brake lights, and they immediately came out to my car to help me figure out which of them were out, and gave me the chance to have a look for myself. I will be a loyal customer as long as I’m driving a car and I recommend that anyone who lives in Fairfield county joins me.”

“I have to update my review as I was incorrect in my understanding of the services provided...I went for a free maintenance service on my leased car about 6 months ago. The place was okay and clean. People friendly. I misunderstood when they wanted to charge me for a wheel allignment...thought they were trying to charge me for a tire rotation which is included in the service.. wish they would have explained just a bit better as I'm not a car person. Overall not a bad experience, but I will say, Stamford Toyota had a more comfy waiting area with a full service "mini cafe". If you're wanting to go closer to home, this dealership does what they say, but it's definitely no frills.”
“The gentlemen that runs this shop couldn't be nicer or more helpful. We were visiting family in town from Florida for Thanksgiving when our Mercedes broke down on the side of the road from a cooling issue. This happened late Wednesday afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. I spoke to him before we had it towed to his shop and explained to him that we needed to get the car back by the weekend if possible to go back to Florida. He said he would look at it when they reopened on Friday morning. This was spectacular as the Mercedes dealer was quoting a week and half to get it looked at let alone fixed. So Friday arrives and the car is fixed and running smoothly like it was before the breakdown. I highly recommend this shop as he didn't have to go out of his way to help us but he did and the job was done quickly and correctly, a great local mechanic.Services: Engine repair”
