ATT tells me I qualify to get a free phone when I log in to my account. But in this store the girl says I don't. I have to pay.What's going on. I wasted my time going there.

Had a nightmare of an experience with AT&T that is still continuing 36 hours in (and over 6.5 hours on the phone with customer service), but the staff at this store tried to patiently help me for over 2 hours (it still didn't work, but man, did they go to bat for me.) I have never been more disappointed in AT&T customer service for what I am going through but for the service in THIS store? I would give them my business all day every day.

I walked into the store hoping to sign up for complete service in my home; Internet,TV, land phone, cell phone, the whole ball of wax.I saw a young man and a young woman sitting at a table. There was no greeting, no smile, no hello, no how may we help you, Nothing! They were like two slugs sitting there. (If I was their boss I would fire them both immediately). I walked up to the table, still nothing from either of them, and initiated a conversation asking if I could get complete service. It turned out that this store is like the Verizon store in Westport. At any rate I suggested to them the best way to greet a customer. That is...to greet the customer. I couldn't believe that these two are being paid to sit there like stones. I guess I'll go to Frontier because I hate Optimum which I have had for a few years now. :(

Dealing with Ashley in the Westport store is amazing she really is a top of the line customer rep and store manager. I was on the phone for over 1 1/2 hours with 611 help line trying to understand what was the matter with the Moxee wifi. The wanted to send me a new one and charge me sales tax for a replacement.. I hung up the phone and went into store she replaced the sim card in the Moxee and I was on my way less than 5 minutes . Thank you Ashley!!!!!!

The workers here are nice, but they added a protection plan onto my plan without my approval ($17 per line). There was no discussion with me about this or no approval. I brought my own device as well. It was a dishonest business tactic, and I would avoid this store until there is a higher ethical standard.

I went into this store because I had questions about switching from my Android to an IPhone and I spoke to Hector Ortiz and he was very knowledgeable about the questions I had. I am going back in a week to switch my phone over thanks for the in sight.

The brown guy working there does not know how to deal with people. We came first and he attended to someone else that came after us. Ended up leaving cuz he said it will be 20 min with someone else.

Went in tonight needing help and the CSR stared at her phone and yelled "I can't do nothin' for you, but you could call customer service yourself" She was rude and ignored me while I called the customer service number. Call was dropped and I left swearing.

I stopped into the store while on vacation and Hector was amazing. He was very tentative to mine and my families needs and also working with us within our budget. He listened to our needs and wants and He is so knowledgeable. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a cellphone company representative.

Was dreading setting up a new business account. Hector the manager and Livia were informed, patient, and committed to getting my account setup even while working with multiple carriers and accounts that had to be transferred over. 5 star service and good people all around.
