My girlfriend enjoys this store. They have really great women’s clothing and home goods. They have several floors of women’s clothing. The staff is usually pretty helpful and nice. My girlfriend always finds something casual or for the office from here.

This is a beautiful store with good customer service. I came in for a specific item and they did not have it in my size anymore, so they ordered it online for me at the register. Nice!

Who wouldn’t want to spend an afternoon in an Anthro that looks like it’s in a gingerbread house? The space is clean, spacious, and loaded with personality and little treasures. I also booked an appointment here with BHLDN for wedding dresses and then separately for bridesmaid dresses, and both times were so fun. The associates a BHLDN were knowledgeable and kind in what can sometimes be a stressful process.

Sad, I really want to give this place a great review because the store itself has great items. But I’d recommend doing all your shopping online. I’ve had terrible experiences with in store employees. Some are not well informed of how to handle the register. There was a woman named Melissa that was working Friday(12/22) after noon that was INCREDIBLY rude to me. I purchased a cashmere sweater (177$) and she decided to remove the sweater from the hanger by the neck (completely stretching it) I still went ahead w the purchase. I was in such a rush, but I did make her aware that that something she really should not do… she practically threw the sweater at me w no apology & I had to leave.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience due to bad employees in the store! Following and staring at you just bcz they don’t like your skin color or the way you look or dress. This store needs a new team so it never happen to anyone. Other stores in the area heard before similar complains about the same thing from many different customers.DISGUSTING.(pls read other similar comments)

I had an awesome experience at this Anthro on Friday! I needed to wear all black attire to a formal event and I had something specific in mind. I got there with only 20 minutes to find what I needed before the store closed. I decided to seek help and asked one of the store attendants if they could help me find black bottoms + black tops for a wedding ceremony. The girl helping me was Maria and she was able to find exactly what I needed! Shout out to Maria for helping me find the perfect fit for the occasion; she was so sweet and super helpful!!!

This is the biggest Anthropologie I have ever visited and the most disappointing one.First, when I walked into the store today, assistant A who stood near the front door talking to another lady, gave me a weird look, which I tried not to overthink. So I walked past her into another space. Then assistant B came from my back and coughed to signal that I should move out of her way, which was … are you kidding me?Then, while browsing earrings, assistant B was staring at me from the back of the counter, looking like I was somehow a thief she had met before. I stared back, then she pretended nothing had happened.The last, when I was walking out of the store, my eyes met with assistant A's eyes. Again, without saying anything or trying to treat me like a normal customer, she just looked straight into my eyes with this a-writer would-not-know-how-to-express expression.I felt so disgusted. I hope nothing like this happened just because of my race, ladies.
