“A couple weeks ago I was coming in to visit my brother from Ohio for the weekend and noticed a rubbing sound coming from my passenger front tire.
I pulled into Norwalk New and Used Tires praying they could get me in and get my car back to me the next day.
Without hesitation they said bring it in Saturday morning and they will have it back no problem. Found out a tire bearing was going out and they took great care of me.

“Excellent place to repair your car.Over a year ago I took my Mercedes to Westport Auto Craft.After the repair, the first thing I did was to check the work down.Couldn't find any defect at all. I checked it in the shade and in the sun, different angles, and I couldn't find any difference front the area repaired to the factory painted areas. Perfect match!In September of 2022, I took the car to Europe. Here, I run over a rock and I bent the right front control arm. The part wasn't available here because Mercedes stopped making it. I called USA and no new parts were available there either, same reason. I couldn't find neither new nor used.This was a big problem, my car would be useless.So, I called Westport Auto Craft, my last hope at this Point.Mr. Martin, immediately agreed to help me out. He called some numbers and today I got the part. Used but looking like new, and came with extra suspension parts.He was very nice and I was impressed by his willingness to help.The best in workmanship, professionalism and willingness to help his clients.António D. “I went to Shufelt's for the first time 5/30/2023. I brought in a 2013 Toyota Camry with brakes starting to grind. They were in rough shape. I work in Norwalk but live in Bristol, so driving this thing home wasn't an option.The whole job was done last minute, and I was able to pick up my car in the morning. I ended up having the brakes and rotors replaced, calipers were serviced, and the technician noticed a sway bar link damaged, so I had him replace that. He showed me the condition of the parts.The vehicle is running great, and the price was fair. I feel like this shop is a good honest shop, and we need more shops like this. I plan on visiting in the future and recommend this shop to anyone in the Norwalk area.Services: Steering & suspension repair”
