One of my favorite places for a good deal . I find beautiful designer dresses for my little girl. Cathy is always nice and remembers my daughter when we come in . I highly recommend.

Stopped in check it out since we have a new grandson on the way. I was expecting all baby items but they have so much more! Prom dresses/ evening gowns, wedding dresses, women's clothing, maternity clothing and of course stuff for the kiddos!

Such a gem of a shop with well curated items. Really high quality finds, and it has become really one of the only places I shop for my children’s clothes and toys. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

It is rather shocking how exceptionally unpleasant Cathy was. Not only did she not even pick her head up to greet me when I arrived for the appointment, she also nearly ran into me with her head down in her phone while walking by me. Probably one of the most unpleasant people I’ve had to interact with in a long time. She told me that the dress that I brought in was discolored and too damaged for them to take, which I absolutely understand and respect. However, I also brought a brand new gorgeous veil. I asked her if she looked at the veil, and all she said was. “I’m all set” in a rude and dismissive tone. I don’t think she even looked at it. Not only was she terrible but the place is absolutely jampacked. You cannot walk between any of the isles, and the smell is that of must and mold. I checked out the prices of some of the items she was selling and they are obscenely high. This is a consignment shop. These items are not brand new. Overall, I’m not sure how this place is even in business. I hope they are somehow able to turn things around!

They have beautiful gowns! I bought my wedding gown here back in 2012, and my daughter bought her homecoming dress here this year.

I came in for the first time greeted very nicely by Cathy. I picked up a bunch of baby clothes and a stroller, we had conversations about where I worked and my daughter and she was very nice and open at first. I was excited to buy all of the stuff I picked out, however an issue with my bank happened and my card declined. I left the store after calling my bank because they couldn’t figure out the issue. I was completely embarrassed. To add insult to injury, Cathy calls my job and speaks to my assistant director describing what I look like and telling her I have a daughter who goes there, and asks to speak with me. I pick up the phone and Cathy is asking me if she wants her to hold the sale for me, and I was very nice about it and said “no it’s okay”, she asked if I wanted to knock off the stroller and just buy the clothes instead I said “no it’s okay”. She then starts complaining that she has to put everything back… none of the clothes I picked out were in the right size section anyways.. and I’m wondering why she tracked me down to call my job and I say to her “maybe you shouldn’t call my job and harass me” and she immediately hung up the phone. I’m in utter shock that she had the audacity to call my job and embarrass me even more. Cathy is the owner of the store and I wish there were a corporate office to speak to, because Cathy’s actions were highly unprofessional. I will most likely be filing a police report for harassment/stalking.

I left a very expensive dress there for consignment & was told it would go quick. After over a year I went by to check on the status. I was told it sold 13 months ago & they were too busy to tell me! The attitude is really what through me.

I am shocked this store has a low rating. The have second hand toys and baby toddler children strollers and clothing. The shop is well organized and itemsare easy to browse. If you are trying to keep stuff out of a landfill use this place! They are very much like once-upon-a-child in their inventor. Still they also have adult women's clothing. They are located in Westbrook, CT just off route 1 (Boston Post RD) and it's an easy drive from Madison, Clinton, Deep River, Kilingworth, Old Saybrook, Lyme, etc

I've been shopping here for the last 9 years. They almost always have what I'm looking for and if not I'll put my name on the list to be notified when it comes in. The prices are great, everything is extremely clean and in like new condition and the owner, Cathy, is THE BEST!!

I loved the clothes they sell, they are very cute and economical, as an example of that is the shirt I bought in that store, I loved it and the price is not to be said, it is my favorite store ♥️?
