Our dogs go here for boarding when needed, and for haircuts. Never an issue, and people are super nice. The one star review for hair cut must have been a communication problem, because we've probably gotten our dog's hair cut 10 times here and it's great every time. Also, we just boarded our dog here for 4 days and no issues as usual

We have been using Silver Trails for a few years. We have been impressed. It was the first kennel my dogs ever went to, and while they are always anxious to leave us, they come back happy and in great shape.

I Took my yorkie here and what she did was take a pair of clippers and just buzzed off. All his whiskers now I have the most misbehaved dog I have ever had. He was fully trained, never barked. Did his business weary where he was supposed to? Now? He doesn't walk in circle. She ruined his life!!!!

I would NEVER leave an animal here. The place is disgustingly dirty. Try going in the winter and see how cold it is where they keep the animals. The thermostat is set at 56 degrees. The animals are not properly cared for in that once they are put in their cages there they stay with not much human contact at all - especially the cats. And speaking of cats, their tiny litter boxes are not cleaned as often as they should be - which for that size should be at least twice a day. The present owners are not fair and honest with their employees either. The tips that are left do not go to the employees. If you feel you must leave your pet here, please take an unannounced tour of the whole place in the morning hours - like when they first open. But beware, you might want to cancel your travel plans and stay home with your beloved pet instead.

Silver Trails was so wonderful and took such great care of our dogs when we were away and got Covid and could not get home. To begin with Nick moved things around to fit them in when we had to go away with little notice. I was indebted to them then but when we both took I'll I was beside myself about the dogs. I had no need to worry they could not have been kinder and gave me peace of mind. The dogs are great and they were taken wonderful care or. Thank you very much !

We've boarded our dogs with Silver Trails multiple times. It's always a great experience. They are kind, safe, clean, helpful, and super responsive. I do wish like some other places they either had a cam or send you periodic pics of your dogs, especially for longer stays. But, otherwise, they are awesome. Highly recommend.

Silver Trails has boarded our puppies for a couple of years now. They are always treated well and handled safely. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff are amazing and so sweet to our babies! Our puppies come home happy, clean, and well fed. This is a great place to board your animals!

This was my dogs FIRST time being boarded any where and I could not be more pleased! Everyone there is so helpful and friendly! My dog was well taken care of and we will definitely be using them in the future!!!!!
